Ordered a king comforter set Feb 22nd
I live in Toronto CA. They sent a verification email with tracking and charged my CC within 24hrs.
End of March still had not received items. Checked order # tracking and it states comforter was delivered Feb 27 to LITTLE ELM TEXAS!.
Company will not respond to emails, no contact # or business address exists.
Ground Shipping from US TO CA takes longer than 5 days. That should have been the first red flag!! Also the fluctuation in the prices on their website. The King comforter set is now at 19.99.
This " company" is using fake tracking that belongs to other people/businesses.
If you check your tracking #s they provide you with they don't ever match from the same place.
Example: mine says it shipped from
EULESS TX. If you look at your tracking it will be from different places.
Make sure you report to your banking, credit card company and whenever you see their ads!!

I don’t want to give this “company” any stars so 0/5 , I ordered on March 15th it is currently April 25th , I downloaded the app named shop where I have used multiple times for prior purchase of mine I did online, I emailed them multiple times with no reply I believe this company is completely fraudulent I would NEVER ever be a customer from this place ever again and I should have reviewed the reviews prior to purchasing, none less I’m never ordering anything off Insta gram ever again and I will be reviewing reviews prior to purchasing from a “ company “ I am unfamiliar with

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a COMPLETE scam. I found an ad for Deioro on Instagram, and the website looked very legitimate. I placed an order for their duvet cover set at the end of March, and was told that the items should ship in approx 3 business days. The confirmation email recommended I download the Shop app to track my order, but there was no link to be found. Fast forward one month and multiple emails to the company later, and I have nothing to show for it. I have never even received an email back from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be contacting my credit card company to get the money back.

SHOULD BE NO STARS. I ordered a comforter 2 months from here and I never recieved it. I contacted the canadapost and they told me it was delivered in Canada and it was a random person. They sent me a tracking number from the canadapost. I have emailed this website 30 times and nobody has emailed me back. There is absolutely no phone number or anyone to call. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

This business doesn’t even deserve one star. I placed an order back in mid-February for a comforter. The reviews on them were all positive so I didn’t think much of it and the prices were too good to be true. well, it was. After I ordered they immediately sent me a tracking number and a way to contact them, and I had accidentally put the wrong address since I had just moved into a new house, and I had to send six emails to them throughout the rest of the month of February, no response. now, two months later when I go and press the tracking number it says it doesn’t exist. do not order from this website even if it’s on Instagram or the prices are really good, it’s fake and you’re not going to receive anything you order including the sweatpants, the hoodies, the blankets, the comforters, or the pillows. please contact the BBB of Canada so we can get this phony buisness off of instagram and the web.

Don’t order from here unless your looking to spend money and never receive what was ordered. It’s been 3 months since I ordered and 2 since the day it said it was supposed to be delivered on. Horrible place, this is such a waste of time. They also only have an email to contact them and they never answer as I’ve emailed twice.

Ripped my daughter off! Took the money straight of her bank account. It has been over a month but no blankets and no way of contacting them. Except email and of course no response.
She looked up reviews and all she found was positive ones.
They sent her out an order # but that's it. And of course it was incorrect.

I've emailed this company several times about my order. I received one email advising my order shipped but no details on tracking. I've emailed more times but again no response from this stealing ass company.

I ordered from here 3 weeks ago. It says my package was delivered but it hasn’t been; I’ve emailed the company several times and haven’t gotten my money back and unfortunately my bank won’t let me dispute the charge. Super irritated.

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star! This is totally a SCAM!! An ad popped up on my Instagram for Deioro and the reviews looked good so I bought 2 blankets... the money was immediately taken out of my account but I was never sent any blankets. I was never even sent a tracking code for my orders... I emailed the company multiple times but I still haven’t received any communication from them. Maybe the fact checkers should “fact check” all these companies that are putting ads on Instagram that are scams!!

Terrible! Says my 3 comforters were delivered to an address in Michigan. I am in Ohio. Verified my address on my order, and everything was correct. 3 emails asking about this and no response!

Absolutely rubbish. Order product says it was delivered. .never buy from this company should be fined and tossed in jail . Absolutely rubbish

I ordered a comforter and provided my PA address. Tracking told me it was delivered but I could never find the package. Turns out it was delivered SOMEWHERE IN CALIFORNIA. I've tried multiple times to get in contact with the company to get a refund and they won't answer. Definitely a scam. Terrible awful people

This “company” is a scam. You’ll order from them and they will never ship your product. You’ll get a phony tracking number that only works on their site not any legitimate shipping company. And when you email them they may respond at first but then they stop. They’re address according to the BBB is “2106 Yonge St Toronto, ON M4S 2A5” which if you locate it in google is the address to a bike shop. Luckily I got my money back from my bank. I’ve reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to the Federal Trade Commission. You all should do the same so we can shut these people down!

Scam!!!!!! I bought a bed set for 50$ and it was delivered to Hawaii and I live in NY ! Emailed multiple times no answer!!!!!

DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I bought a king sized comforter that came out to be 70 dollars. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I should have looked at reviews first

First time I've ever been scammed – hopefully the last! Found the site off an IG ad – site looked incredibly legit / well designed so didn't think a thing about it. Ordered a comforter that never came. My tracking order from the ONE time they emailed me right after my purchase said it was an abnormal request – I've tried to reach out throughout the last month and half about the order, but no response whatsoever.

Please report to the Better Business Bureau (of Canada) immediately.

I'm very fearful my bank information has now been compromised – any folks on this thread have any subsequent charges? I'm setting up a new account ASAP, but the issue is I can't until my taxes come through.

Do not buy from this company! I live in Massachusetts and they delivered my $60 comforter to Louisiana and when I tried to contact them three times they never got back to me! I am beyond annoyed with this company and I wish I looked at reviews before! Scam!
