I ordered a blanket and pillow case set on Feb 9th and was charged the conversion rate in Canadian dollars at that time. I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada and my package was shipped to a residential address in Tennesse. There is no customer service number, only email. I have emailed this company 4 times to which all have been ignored.

Do not buy from this company, scam artists

This website was a scam. Ordered a comforter, received confirmation of shipping with tracking. When I tracked it, it went to another state. Emailed them to either refund or send another one. They replied that another one would be shipped and should receive within 2 weeks. Did not receive anything so I emailed them back and requested a refund. They replied that refund will be issued within 2 days and that was over 2 weeks ago. The next email I sent has been ignored.

Terrible company! Do not order its a scam. We live in North Dakota tracking number says it was delivered to some place in Arizona... Emailed company beings no phone number is available and surprise no one has replied..

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered a “comforter”! Just like everyone else, I never received my order. The tracking email says it was delivered to Carlsbad Springs in CANADA! I live I’m Texas!

Complete scam. DO NOT ORDER!! Wish I had read the reviews. Tracked packed to another state. When looking up order on Deioro website it says page not found. Emailed them and never got a reply. Disputed with my CC company.

Indeed a SCAM! I just canceled my card because my transaction was used at an atm with an extra fee for using at a non free machine. Bank said transaction fee because it was in Canada.
Same exact thing with the tracking number went to NY and we live in Florida. Will go Monday to dispute the charges. I hate thief’s!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE/COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. I have seen Instagram videos on their sets. That it was on sale for $49.99. I’ve waited patiently for the tracking number. But the tracking number they gave me was being delivered to Illinois. Keep in mind I live in Lynn Massachusetts. I’ve emailed them screenshots of my order having the right address. They told me to wait two weeks for a new one to be sent and it’s been exactly two weeks. I will call my bank to see if I could dispute it in any way. I’m glad I kept the emails and receipt.

This company is a total SCAM dont order from them. Wish I had thought to read a review before ordering the comforter that never arrived. When I tracked the order it looked as though it was allegedly shipped to Canada and I live in California. This company is full of garbage! 😡😡 DONT order from them!!
I plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hoping to get my money back. The tracking page I was following has now disappeared so no way to view the status of my order 🤬🤬

This is a scam. I bought a blanket set with them. I had the correct address and they shipped it to some random place in Colorado. I reached out to them and they said it got lost in shipping then said they would send another but couldn't give me a tracking number. Ive been waiting for a while now and haven't received anything. I've tried contacting them 5 times now and no reply.

Ordered a comforter and it was delivered in Canada. I live in Florida. Emailed them several times and no response. I wish I would’ve looked them up before I purchased.

I also got a comforter set. It was delivered in California I live in North Carolina! This is ridiculous

Fell for the same scam as everyone else is reporting. I ordered a comforter set as a gift for my daughter. I was given a tracking number (must have been fake) and my order was shipped to INDIANAPOLIS! I live in NJ. Shortly after, my debit card was used in Ohio. I now believe the two incidents are connected. I also wrote an email and was told they would send the item out again, claiming it would arrive in two weeks. Four weeks later and I heard nothing. Do not order from this company.

I also ordered one of their comforters & they said it was delivered on March 1st.... In Texas. I live in Florida. I am calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges on my card. Hopefully that will help get my money back. Very sad that people do this kind of stuff especially when the world isnt in auch a good place right now

Just like everyone else here, I was scammed by this company. Saw an ad for a fluffy comforter 50% off on Instagram. The website seemed legit, so I spent $39.99 on a comforter and pillowcase. The package was delivered to a "postal locker" in Minnesota, but I live in Tennessee. Have tried to contact the company, but get no reply.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM! I bought a comforter for my daughter and it was shipped to MD. We live in AZ. No response to my emails. I had to contact my CC company and dispute the charge.

Placed an order on 2/12/21 for 49.99 to Deioro. My email receipt show that the ship to address was correct but it was sent to NH. I reach out to the store through email (no phone #) After a few emails, I was told they would sent it out again but could not issue a tracking number. I replied that if there is no tracking I would like a refund. I have heard nothing. Emailed several times.I filed a claim with my CC.

I saw this super cute comforter and it said it was going to be delivered March 1st then it ended up being delivered February 23rd. As I went to go look to see were it was it turns out it was in Washington...... I live in Texas. I emailed them it got sent the the wrong place and I wanted a refund they told me all they can do is send me another one, but they could not provide me tracking number and to just be patient. This website is a total scam and they don't give you your money back. I had to call my bank to claim fraud, cancel my current and get a new one. Please do not make the mistake of ordering of this website.

100% scam. I ordered a comforter and figured it would take a while, not over a month. Didn’t get contacted or anything come to find out they sent it to an address in Vermont and I live in Missouri. Same thing happened to my friend and her sister. No response whenever I reached out asking for a refund. Contacting my bank to get a refund and ordering new cards. This makes me so mad because I really wanted the comforter. After I emailed them demanding a refund they tried to remove my whole order off of their website. I try to pull up my order from the email confirmation they sent me and it took me to their page where it would usually show you your order, saying website not found. Interesting

This company is a complete scam my daughter bought a comforter over a month ago. She was given tracking information when she checked it she was given information it was delivered to Florida and at our home. Do not buy from this company. Expose this company. Scammers. I think anyone who had bought from them should get new bank cards. I also will be contacting an attorney.
