I wouldn't rate this company at all
I wouldn't rate this company at all - ordered a floor lamp and received no order confirmation by email, tried to call company on contact details provided but not recognised and you can't submit an enquiry either, emailed the email address provided on multiple occasions and still awaiting to hear confirmation of our refund- had 1 reply and zero since. Not impressed at all and will continue to email on a daily basis until we receive our refund, if we still get no reply we will be alerting the bank.
