The order did not arrive unfortunately! Although it says it is delivered, please contact me or I will contact your customer service for a refund. This is not serious as I was charged a significant amount of money

A bunch of thiefs never give them anything took them 3 monts to screw my order and my money up never got all of my money back these people out here making criminals

I have been sleeping on a broken bed for 4 months

My bed arrived with two broken parts. They responded only after 10 days to let me know that they will replace the broken parts within 4-6 weeks. It has now been a full 4 months and they still have not replaced my broken bed. We have had many email exchanges where they apologize but nothing is done. The last thing was that I was contacted by the delivery company that my new bed parts will be delivered today, I took time off work to be home and receive them, and then they canceled it because Dekbed-Discounter has not sent them the bed parts! I couldn't be more dissatisfied with this company.

Hello, its already 6th email i send it to you!
you keep ignoring me and I start to think you doing this for a purpose!
so my time to exchange my order it end!
I wrote to you few times that i want to exchange my order!
and still no instruction on how to do it!!!

Customers service is terrible Our…

Customers service is terrible Our contract was ended in June. They had to pick up the bed.. I contacted them already from april a lot of times by mail and phone. Its July and they still didn't picked it up.

Because your lease contract has expired the bed will be picked up, an appointment was scheduled last week. Unfortunately, due to reasons, the carrier canceled all rides.

We have emailed you the phone number several times, they are available by phone every business day.

You have received a new proposal for next Saturday.

Hopefully this provides some clarity, should we be able to do anything further for you we would be happy to hear from you!

bad experience

ordered on Sunday Jun 25 2023, 5:14 PM (10 days ago) a portable air conditioning system.

Until now the parcel has not been delivered !
Although it is mentioned on their website that the Standard shipping > delivery time = 1-3 days.

what upsets me the most that no information was communicated to me excpect my order number..

no tracking info or explication about the delay or whatsoever..

Nice products & efficient and friendly Customer service

Ordering was straight forward, at the end of the day I received the goods that I expected. Bed linen are good quality (vs. price).
The delivery service messed up my order however Dekbed-Discounter team was very helpful, navigated me through steps for filing complaint and sent me ordered goods again - for free.

Not a good experience

I buyed an matterras 1+1 gratis, I get home only 1 ,now after 3 weeks I am still waiting
The matterras is good, a bit to hard, but good, if you have to pay 400 for her dosen't worth, but 230 yes
