This company is a scam!
I ordered the hybrid mattress topper to soften my hard mattress, however the topper was very hard, nothing in common with the adverrising, and I wanted to return it after 2 days as i got back pains. While I tried to contact the customer service, noone replied for couple of days. Then I wrote to complain and finally they started replying. They told me I cannot return the topper as it is used and i had to touch it to check the quality. Really? Who checks mattress topper by touching?? Other companies offer 100 days of trial. They told me I cannot return it and they will not refund me anything, while the website says that they will not refund fully! This means at least partially it should be refunded, but no, they just say read the website. It's you who should read the website and work properly. I do not recommend this company, it is a scam, they take your money and no guarantee for the product, they didn't even send the invoice for the purchased product and no code for tracking shipment. I also don't recommend the mattress topper as it is very hard and not middle hard as they advertise it. I spent money and got back pains. Totally scam. And communication sucks.
By the way, I tried to write review in their website, never was posted. They kinda verified it by email, but is was never posted, which means all the 5star reviews they have are fake.
