- Tyres delivered were very recently manufactured, within 6mths old.
- Delivery took approx 2 weeks
- Delivery company (stavanger area) could have given prior warning the day before however. I only got a call when the truck was in my driveway; so it was lucky i was at home then.

Not on time
Dekk365 advertis that the delivery will be from 7-9 days but I ordered the tires 06.05 and they arrived 20.05.
No way to follow the order as DHL app wasn't working. Also the tires arrived without protection.

Overall everything went well and smooth. The only feedback is that we have never heard from currier prior to him standing by our door. We did not receive precise estimation of delivery and lucky we were home

I`ve ordered 1 pc studded vinter tire at the end of October 2024, because I’ve got only 3 tires from the concurrent company while I ordered 4. Dekk365 delivered the ordered tire within 1,5 week what was very good compare the concurrent company’s lazy work method (5 weeks and not complete order supplied) Thanks a lot for your good work.😊

Delivery takes longer than it should
Delivery takes longer than it should. One tyre I had to pick in the another CITY instead of my address. Customer service did nothing to fix it.
