Absolutely scam

Absolutely scam. Ordered tires. They have been delivered 4 weeks later and multiple attempts to reach out, mail, call and filling in contact schema have been unanswered. Until today I was not able to return the tires and did not need after 4 weeks.
It is an absolutely no-go to have return policies in place to not come back at all to customers.

I ordered 4 winter tires

I ordered 4 winter tires. After 1 month the shop I ordered to recieved 2 correct and 1 of a different brand.

I tried calling, but the number is no longer in use.
I sent e-mail, never got a reply.
But on messenger they replied.

It took another 4 weeks before I got my money back.

Returned 4 tires / no refund

Ordered 4 tires, but cancelled them before they arrived as they were the wrong dimension. Tires were ordered to partner of Dekk.com which are confirming that the tires were returned. Still no refund and last response from dekk.com almost a month ago the 11th December. This despite me sending three mails with partner of dekk.com on copy.

Last time I will trust to buy anything from Dekk.com and similar Web sites.

Delivery time not good enough

Have always been happy with dekkonline earlier but lately the delivery time is too long.
My order of 4 tires that were in stock and purchased on 24.11.23 is still not here 17.12.23.

One tire is missing from booking number: RD 51533115.
From my 4 tires order arrive to Norway only 3 tires.I need missing tire as soon as possible.
How you solve this problem?

Waited several weeks

Waited several weeks, no answer on messages. When they showed up, they sent 3 correct tires and 1 other tire half way accross europe. Complained and asked for refund, and for them to arrange pickup on the bad delivery. Still no answer...

Have still not received the tires

Have still not received the tires, three weeks after order. No response on email. No update from transport company.

Edit: the tires were delivered July 3rd. All good (product is as expected), but too long delivered time. Next time i will order earlier.

Where is the tire i orded?

I orded a tire the 2th. May. The tire is still in Germany somewhere. I sent emails to ask about my order but they dont even bother to answear me.

This is very poor service this time.

We have checked your order and discovered that it is at PostNord and is ready for delivery. Please contact PostNord for more details regarding the delivery.

Regarding the delay, we must explain that it was mostly PostNord's strike that still causes delays, since we have sent a very large number of parcels to Norway this season and the delivery was made on a smaller scale for a certain period. Understandably, it has caused a backlog of goods, and we are still feeling the consequences of that backlog.

Totally disappointed

I was ordered tiers from there , was 7 day delivery but after 14 day still didn't receive. I don't know where they are. I was trying to find but what answer i receive :my order it's on the way 🤨....
I don't recommend this site.I must change my tiers and i don't have whit what just hope snow will not came soon.

Stay away

Ordered tires 14 of june. Now 15 days later it still says "in transit". Phonenumber doesn't exist and they don't answer emails. Stay away from this company.
