My journey with e-Government LLC has been a rollercoaster. Initially, I was optimistic about their services, especially given their claimed IRS-authorized status. However, I was met with a lack of communication right after making my payment. I was left in the dark for a couple of weeks, which is particularly unsettling when dealing with matters as serious as government services.

I felt compelled to voice my concerns publicly, after which the company accused me of creating a fake TrustPilot page—an allegation I vehemently deny. I've been transparent about my identity and used verified accounts for my reviews.

I want to let you know that after I raised my concerns, communication was renewed, and the services I paid for were eventually delivered, albeit five months later. While I can't ignore the initial lack of responsiveness and the time it took to fulfill the service, they ultimately came through.

So, if you're considering e-Government LLC, be prepared for potential communication gaps, but know that they did, in my case, eventually deliver on their promises.

Not sure if this company is truely legit. I signed up for a registerd agent and only received a receipt. No other information was sent no one answers their phone. There is also no voice mail.
