Made my original claim almost twelve months ago. On 23rnd July 2020 I was informed by Butterworths that they had accepted a settlement from TUI, without informing me on 05.06.2020. I contacted them regarding payment I was told that TUI had paid Delayed Again. I have tried to contact them by phone and E-mail with no response. Still waiting for payment
Never use this company!!! I've been dealing with them a year now for a simple flight delay compensation, customer service over the phone is poor, they wouldn't know what's going on and they would struggle to find my case, not really helpful.. So after the many conversations i have had with them, they told me they succeeded to claim my money, but they tried to rip me off, giving me completely wrong calculations of my claim, obviously less money, they told me they claimed 250€ and they have claimed 400€ because the distance between the destinations was over 1500km. On top of that when i look at the break down of the charges it was a complete mess and nothing made sense... 8 year old would do better calculations i guarantee... When i let them know that it is all wrong they apologised and they said they will sort it out ASAP and give me the right compensation amount back in march and 6 months later still nothing, the worst thing is they wouldn't answer their phones and won't reply to my emails. I recently found out that wizz air have had the money transferred to them at the end of February, I've claimed for another person too and they told me they got the money for just one, but they had the money for both, how unprofessional is that... So where is my money? ... Stay as far away as you can from this company!
My flight was delayed by KLM Airlines. I noticed on the internet an add for Delayed Again, I went to the website and filled in a form for compensation.I have now been advised by them that my claim was successful and I would be receiving £257.00. Just like the other reviews they have deducted a whopping 50% for there services. I think these people should be reported to the ombudsman for misleading the public. There website should have clearly stated there fees. I should have red these reviews before I went ahead with the claim. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Delayed Again did achieve what they said they would do and I received compensation from the airline. However, they charged 50% of the compensation for their services, which did not include taking the airline to court. This seemed ridiculously expensive - they included a separate administration charge... it's all admin! I questioned the charge and was met with a (fairly patronising) brick wall. Not illegal but definitely not value for money!
Delayed Again...... Do not use this company... absolute charlatans.... useless but still demand their money.... BEWARE,
They act without instructions and disregard any instructions given to them to incur more costs for client!
Wish I had read the reviews first! I contacted this company 10 weeks ago. Signed the documents electronically...heard absolutely nothing since.
They did sweet FA for 18 months then I sorted out the compensation myself, now that want a 25% slice...DO NOT USE!
I had a delayed flight with Ryanair 2 years ago, I did receive a letter and invoice from delayed again 18 months ago but as I had not received the compensation from Ryanair I told them I would not be paying their invoice until the money cleared in my account. They told me the invoice was cancelled and they would look into it. I never heard anything until today when I received another invoice for their fee again I have returned their invoice as I have received no money from Ryanair, if they contact me again I am going to report them to the ombudsman
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I initially made a claim for a delayed flight, then did not hear from them. Our of frustaion I contacted the airline, who stated that they had NOT received a claim for compensation from this company.
The airline paid me directly. This company is demanding half my compensation, and are now threatening me with debt collecting and solicitors.
I have just discovered a 5 star review on this companies WEB site, from Kyle Ingram, !!!!!!!!! he works for delayed again, he's been the one sending me emails.
First, they have fake trustpilot reviews, I see that I am the first one to write but on their website shows over 400 Trustpilot reviews.
Do not apply for a ticket refund with them!
I did not receive compensation from air company but they said I did and ask for a fee that is half of the money that they said I have received. I have not received money and they keep sending me emails that they have confirmation about the money! Not true!
They said no fee if I do not have any compensation but still ask for money.
Scam!
