Worst service provider. website is down for 5-6 days and there is no intimation about maintenance.

The server is sometimes down for 3-4 days. Very bad experience

matter is having sharing hosting from my clients and they stopped for 4 days under the name of schedule maintenance without informing, i ask to support team via ticket and chat they daily repeat same 6 to12 hours only so i supported and understood

after 4 days server started and database name changed and table are missing totally venish i was shocked and ask and got the very unprofessional reply that check from your side we never done mistake and therefore you can do mail to care@delete zero after so many arguing they didn't care about my portal and repeat same and same in one line and i lost everything of my panel and i left this service

i want to aware persons that kindly do not buy this server for your precious project they never care

Worst company ever and a complete rip off never ever take their services... First they wud offer u hosting at good price and once u opt they will charge ur card without authorisation 10 times the cost of hosting... i am filing a lawsuit against them they costed me alot on my business....Beware never ever use this.

Incase of pricing its absolute champion my previous hosting provider was looting me like hell charging me around 20k per month stating business emails been used (It was mandatory for employees email id) but when i change to deletezero i took their cloud plan they are charging only 8k per year and they provide unlimited email and unlimited storage but my old provider was providing only 50GB and we had to download manually to outlook and save in laptop or system but now even after moving to deletezero last 7months emails has reached to 600GB+ and when i contacted with them and asked should i upgrade they said not required , since i decided to write their review , I would highly recommend DeleteZero as these type of companies are required to save innocent companies from getting looted and also their support is amazing always available even in late nights truly 5* Life saving provider

Just found negative comments for deletezero. Really it can be their haters. An experienced professional who use deletezero server will never blame them. They ensures the best support, faster hosting plans at cheaper price. I am very much satisfied with their services.

I order host service from deletezero and without any notification, they just suspended my account. now I am asking for my refund but they are not listening also if you can't refund my money at least use my other domain there but they are all just pretending to fix my issue. THEY ARE FRAUDS. Don't buy hosts from them. They are cheaters.

I have been in the Internet solutions field since 1995. Delete Zero, I thought first was a new web hosting company but with a fairly responsible professional team. But unfortunately, there was severe server cash in the second week of October 2021, deleting all the domains set up with them. They never bother to alert the customers. Like an Ostrich they kept quiet expecting the customers to find by themselves later. When they were asked, I was shocked to know that, these deletezero guys don't keep any mandatory server weekly backup but expected the customers to take a mandatory backup subscription at a steep price. . In my Webhosting experience with various hosting providers, I have never seen such an irresponsible attitude and functioning of a hosting provider.

This deletezero seems to be run by half-baked technical illiterates who have no ideas how to run a hosting company without crashes.

I have decided now to stop using their services and move to a different service provider.

They Just Deleted my Website and Replying, there Was Storage Crash, that Dont make Any Sense. They Still Say They Maintain Backups but in Real Life they Don't.

Most unprofessional guys. I am into this website design industry for more than 16 yrs . Believe me if you want to waste you money then go with them . From last 2 months there is issue with all emails . No email can either be send or received . After 2 month I found my website is totals down. I Contact on chat they say due to some technical issue we are having issue with server and told me to wait for few hrs, nothing happened next day when I try to contact via chat the chat system is off, only way send Ticket and wait for next 24 hrs . I wait reply from delete zero ( It seems a storage crash, ) I wait for next day nothing happened again reply will be fixed with few hrs after than again 24 hrs gone . Now on this part if your website is down for 3 days with all emails attached with the hosting plan and with zero support how will you feel / Its frustrating . Dont fall in trap with this hosting company .

Recently bought multidomain hosting. After 2 days it goes down. Still down. Poor service. They don't have any technical knowledge to solve the issues.pathetic technical support.
