Very disappointing service. I live in Edinburgh; the hamper I delivered to a friend was three days late. The business were extremely unsympathetic, refused a meaningful discount, giving me only the cost of the delivery which I rejected. Never use them again. G, Edinburgh.

The quality of the produce delivered in the hamper was fabulous and the customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the delivery date I had chosen in respect of the perishable items and the team could not have been more helpful. They came up with the perfect solution for my issue which was then followed through when packaging and delivering the hamper, including a note with detailed instructions for me. I would highly recommend this company.

After googling “Gluten-Free Hampers Switzerland” I found this company and the website allowed me to transact for a shipment to Switzerland and charged me £45 shipping. A lot but worth it to give my best friend who’s just given birth a lovely present. Having left the delivery contact of the recipient they then call the recipient asking if they could deliver to the UK instead and my confused recipient had no idea what the item was (they were getting the gift as a surprise) and gave their parents address in the UK. 1. The website should not transact if they don’t ship outside the UK 2. They should as any proper website does have separate contacts for recipient and customer and I should have been emailed straight away. I as the person who has paid for the item should be informed that they are not able to deliver what I have paid for. Handling the issue on the phone after it was delivered to a completely different country than I’d paid for I was met with an unhelpful and smug tone and thankfully trading standards informed me I was entitled to have the item collected and refunded. I gift hampers a lot and I am not used to such rudimentary operational oversights as not differentiating the customer from the recipient plus stating they don’t deliver outside the UK but allowing you to transact. I hope this company will learn from this mistake and conduct themselves more scrupulously and professionally going forward

Sent a gift hamper which was delivered promptly and the recipients were very happy

I placed an order online for a friend’s birthday in Ireland. The order was accepted and paid. Two days before the promised delivery they questioned the address and then advised that they cannot deliver to Ireland. Extremely disappointing service.

This was a birthday gift and the cheese platter arrived on the day of the birthday which made my step father really happy as he wasn't expecting it. He said the cheeses were very good especially the pecorino and also the fig jam.
