Arrived on time. Very easy to order and the friend that received the gift loved the flowers.

Ordered said delivery would be the 1st Sept goods still not turned not even dispatched shocking service

once you order flowers from them they email you every day this is harrasment

Bought a bouquet from them, upgraded to LARGE, got a picture from the recipient and the bouquet is so thin, it literally looks like a £3 Tescos bouquet split in half. I will not order from them again as I was actually embarrassed that I sent them to someone!

I'm not happy at all with the service.
I clicked Sunday 30th August because it was my mothers birthday. I paid and it was confirmed that it was the delivery date. I also get an email from you stating the same date.
I then get a email from Royal Mail, saying it would be there around the Monday, then Tuesday, now I've just had another email saying it's out for delivery today.
I've been sending emails to you and your replies have been...that is a estimated date and that Royal Mail don't deliver on Sundays. If this is true, then why allow me to click on Sunday for delivery.
My mother has had to wait for her birthday flowers and I'm not happy at all!

Thought the website easy to manage, plenty of choice and the flowers I chose were lovely and reasonably priced.
Our friends who received the flowers were "over the moon" with them.
Delivery was also on time.

Ordered some flowers for my parnters birthday and never showed up on the day I ordered them for! Im still waiting on my flowers, birthdays now ruined abit, not happy at all! Won't be using this service agen due to fact you failed me as customer and failed to deliver on time!

I was disappointed with them. The bunch my friend received were similar but with about five of the flowers shown on the picture missing.

Arrived a little later than expected but my friend was delighted with this flower wine and chocolates gift
Given 4 stars because they cheered my friend up but do agree with a lot of others ordered the large which was very small indeed

They asked for a day that I want it delivered. I told them 30th, and they haven’t delivered it. Not happy with the service, they blamed it on bank holiday but maybe make that clear? They didn’t take account of that so I’m not happy. Their customer service is awful can’t lie

Easy to order, ordered for a friend's birthday, flowers, bubbles and chocolates. Delivered on the day I wanted and my friend was over the moon, she sent photos and they're lovely and just what I ordered. Brilliant

-1 if I could...2 days late on delivery roses had died they was delivered with no water and the box said it was packaged two days before it was delivered so the roses sat in a dry box for two days? The customer service was shocking avoid at all costs

I ordered a bunch of flowers called charmed and the bunch that arrived was nothing like ones I ordered. Completely different colour

Absolutely rubbish. Do not use this company for delivering flowers. Ordered for a specific date for fathers passing anniversary. Not even sent out. Email to say is arriving within 2 days. Disgusting service. I dont even agree with 1 star , should be minus. Really effing annoyed.requesting full refund and an apology from them.

Absolutely awful service from this company avoid at all costs. The customer service is appalling to non existent. My flowers are still not delivered despite being told they were out for delivery yesterday even though the delivery date given was the previous day! Give this company a very very wide berth at all costs.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 30th. Paid for Premium delivery, nothing telling me that Royal Mail will be delivery, because if it had stated that, I would have gone elsewhere.
Also nothing stating that they don't deliver on Sunday.
So on I went and ordered and paid.
I recieved an email stating delivery would be 30th, as I had requested.

NO DELIVERY ON THE 30TH, as of TODAY, 1 SEPTEMBER, IM STILL WAITING FOR THE FLOWERS. Royal Mail tracking, now says they are at a hub, so THEYVWONT BE DELIVERED TODAY EITHER!!!.
PLEASE, LLEASE, PLEASE, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Be careful with this company! My first order was great and I ordered for another occasion on Friday. But delivery is not guaranteed on the day you ask! Despite requests to cancel, emails were not responded to and it is very unlikely that any refund will be made. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Got a gauranteed delivery date for the 30th August (our anniversary day) It is now the 1st September and the flowers still haven't arrived. Ive emailed to see where the flowers are, and they still haven't had the decency to reply. Don't buy from this cowboy company

Ordered a bunch of flowers for an important birthday. Date was given. Still not delivered. Emailed 3 times,no response. Apparently the flowers may arrive tomorrow. 3 days late. Don’t recommend. Wonder what they’ll look like if they do arrive. Avoid and use Serenta..wish I’d of chosen differently
