I recently downloaded this app and it is simply non responsive. When entering my postcode I get the error: "service unavailable." When trying to reset my password I get the error: "unfortunately there was an error resetting your password." No point retaining this app on my phone if it doesn't work. I understand there needs to be downtime but find competent developers that can make this work. Deliveroo time. It's that simple.
I order from them quite often and I have never been disappointed. They are (almost) always on time, they don't get the order wrong and, most importantly, they have a great choice of delicious food.
I have been a fan of Deliverance for some time now, and last night had a great £20 meal deal for vegetarian food (a starter, 2 mains, 2 sides and a treat for pudding.
Great value, speedy delivery and and an efficient customer care team.
