Great service

Great service, nice online portal made it easy to use. Only quibble, our Hotel wasn't properly listed yet in their database. Took 2 days for our package to be delivered back to us on Canada. Highly recommend.

Easy retrieval of that precious »left-behind » item

Just the simple fact of being able to retrieve property left behind at an overseas hotel so easily and with little filling in of an excess of documentation. A call to the hotel to verify the item in question was there, their affirmation and referring me to Deliverback, a notification to Deliverback and soon after an acknowledgement of the items collection. Collection on 20 October and delivery to my home address 3 November, I might fault that as overlong a period for delivery, although there were updates as to estimated delivery date. Naturally this service comes with a cost but that has to be set off against the value of the item one wants to retrieve

Heartbroken (and goods broken)

Heartbroken. I paid for breakable items 2 x handmade salad bowls at 80 euros each) to be delivered from Greece. I was assured they'd be properly wrapped and secured for safe sending. Upon arrival both handmade bowls were smashed to pieces. There was no additional packaging and they came in what the shop wrapped them in *one piece of bubble wrap and a piece of paper) plus a plastic bag.
I'm so upset.
Never again.
