I forgot to pick up my hair…

I forgot to pick up my hair straighteners from Athens Security. Deliverback arranged a quick and easy delivery to me. They were really responsive and kept me updated throughout. I would recommend

The online format of giving info on my belongings was easy to navigate and payment process was upfront prior to agreeing. The communication throughout the pick up and shipping was great! I highly recommend this company if you unfortunately leave something behind.

I'm so grateful.

I'm so grateful.
I forgot my backpack in Thessaloniki Airport - Greece. And automatically I searched online how to have it back and I found Deliverback.
It was very easy and intuitive to fill up the files.
I'm currently living in Iceland so in a week I've got my backpack back.
I trust 100% in Deliverback because it came in the same way I forgot it.

Glad we did not miss our international flight.....

Just took a call to the hotel to get things rolling.
They used Deliverback to ship left behind items.

Had left my college ring in our hotel room in Athens.
Our cruise ship was leaving in a few hours.

Only option was to try pick up my ring when when our ship returned next week at 8am and risk missing our international flight at 11am.

I called the hotel and they said Deliverback could handle getting my ring sent by DHL back to Texas.

Way too long

It took 5 wks for me to get my phone back, even after I tracked it down myself (used "find my phone" and via email confirmed with the Kefalonia airport police that they had the phone). Although the support staff was responsive to my emails, I received info that my phone had been picked up by the courier, but then was told that it had not. It's been tough living without a phone, but happy it's finally here.

Helped me get my laptop back from another country

I forgot my laptop at the airport and only realized this when I got back home. Luckily, I was able to get it back thanks to Deliverback in less than two weeks. They practically organized everything, including the courier company to bring it to me and it didn't even cost me too much.

Horrible service and no communication.

My package was lost in transit and never recovered. Deliverback was no help in contacting UPS, the carrier, or in securing reimbursement for the lost clothing, contents..Extremely poor communication and service. I asked for someone to call me but they only would email. Should be zero stars..
