Delivered dining set on behalf of NCF - crew damaged floor, damaged the table, left rubbish in kitchen/garden/street, behaved like neds and swearing in our home - there’s a reason this company dissolves and rebrands - ops manager is a Despatch Clerk with an attitude - highly recommend avoiding as you will regret using them

Having previously worked with Comet HDP i know what good home delivery service is ,they phoned 1hr pre delivery, fridge freezer delivered on time ,The two man delivery crew were outstanding, pro active service took all the packing away, very well mannered, overall a great delivery experience well done.

Had my sofas delivered on Friday from Ncf , the guys from deliver clever were amazing, were very careful coming in my hall as it’s a tight squeeze, got furniture into living room took all packaging off , put sofa together, they took all packaging away which was fab , thanks guys 5 * service .

Just had my Natuzzi sofa delivered. From start to finish what an excellent service. Prompt booking dates and options. Full communication right up till the sofa arrived. Well done booking admin staff. Further on the day two gents that delivered were polite, prompt and very efficient and pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t aware I was getting packaging taken away and the sofa built up. So when they left I just sat down. Really impressive service. Highly recommend. Well done to the whole team. 5 stars from us.

This company are a shambles. Delivered part of my couch with a leg broken in October. They then took part of my couch away and have now lost it. And don’t know we’re it is. I have been chasing them for months to find it and the girl on the phone does not have a clue where it is or what to do. Then hangs up the phone on me.

Shocking service!!! delivery men are lazy they don’t even chap your door to let you know they have arrived with your delivery. They simply rang an obsolete door bell waited not even a minute (all recorded on my ring door bell) then wrote a calling card and swiftly drove away. 10 minutes later after calling the number on the calling card a very cheeky and irate female told me it wasn’t their problem and that I would have to pay another £185 to have it re delivered on another day. Didn’t even attempt to dial my mobile number to see that I was in fact in my house.

Customer service outstanding lady on customer service didn’t get her name but been so helpful getting our sofa out from ncf damaged at feet but has went above and beyond getting it redelivered next day also got ncf to communicate thank you deliver clever

Terrible service from this company, i would certainly not recommend, wrong dates given and when contacting customer service there was no empathy from them regards having to wait in for failed delivery.

The two guys were brilliant. Unfortunately I didnt get their names! They were so helpful. Assembled my suite, placed it where it needed to be and cleared the packaging. They were extremely pleasant and friendly. This is the best and easiest delivery I have ever had.

Superb service. Suite from NCF living delivered on 3rd November 2021. Kept well informed of delivery time. Greg and Phil assembled the suite with care. Removed and took away all packaging. Very pleasant and professional. My wife was very impressed with this service.

They contacted me a day, an hour before the delivery and when they were here to keep me updated and they took the new oven all the way to my kitchen. Very good service and would use their services again.

We had our sofa from NCF Living delivered and built on Thursday 6th May. The two guys were very professional and informative. Excellent service.

Delivery from Natuzzi. Kept informed a week before delivery then text message the day before and a phone call an hour before delivery. The 2 guys had a heavy lift but done it with care. They also had a bit of assembling to do which they done with care. Very pleasant and took away all packaging. Thanks very much.

Had a furniture delivery from this company through a third party. scratched brand new flooring and refused to accept any responsibility for the damage, said they’d pass my details onto their insurance company this was in December 2019 still no contact and they have ignored emails really poor customer service and hopefully will never have any more dealings with this company again, avoid at all costs

We purchased a dining set from The Designer Rooms, Silverburn and this is the delivery company that they use.
We had to repeatedly refuse delivery as it took four attempts for Deliver Clever to get the postcode correct. They apparently only communicate by text and the telephone number provided in the text is useless.
When they delivered they brought everything (table & 6 chairs) into the dining-room & the kitchen, then proceeded to unpack/assemble. There was tiny fragments of polystyrene everywhere, what a mess.
We could have forgiven this had the delivery been free but at a negotiated reduced cost of £49 we couldn't honestly recommend them and we would urge The Designer Rooms to re-look at their delivery proposal.
