We called after 3 days and was provided with a tracking number for UPS! Great service & love our herringbone runner

I ordered a stairs runner
I ordered a stairs runner. It came in 3 pieces so was challenging to measure and cut to make fit without seams.
The DIY kit came missing the glue. I paid over $200 shipping to the US and was then held be FedEx until I paid $70 more for customs. Nice product but not with the money spent
