Stay away from this company
I ordered this item back about 2 weeks from Father’s Day and I still haven’t gotten it. I have gotten no updates I haven’t had to ask for myself. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online.

My necklace broke the first day I wore…
My necklace broke the first day I wore it. I am waiting to hear from them to see if they will Replace it or refund me.
The necklace was ordered May 8. Around June 1 I emailed to see where it was. They said the shipment was sent back to China. They didn’t bother to reach out to me or resend the necklace.
So once I reached out to them they did resend the necklace and I got it on June 3. It is a beautiful necklace and it was a gift from my son to me. However it broke the first day of wearing it. Very sad

This company sucks. 2 months no order. Reach out did and they won’t respond to my messages. Have reported them to a few places that are looking into things. Was told they are going to shut them down. Then they will have a suit against them. They will go back and have them refund everyone. Hope they do close them down. Never again will I order from outside the USA
