A rapid response followed by good communications with the delivery company. Arrived at the appointed time and the driver was courteous and helpful throughout, which included pushing the car down onto the road to get it on the transporter.

Great for owner operators, easy to use and great work from the site!

The driver went out of his way to make everything work out . It was not the easiest job but he never complained. Good attitude and good communication

This child who owns this site is hilarious. Just read through all the reviews. Look at some of his responses. Now his company was struck off and dissolved and he talks about keeping customers safe 😅 I don’t have an account on this site and don’t plan on either but I am doing some market research and decided to check out this company and boy what a shambles this company is. I think anyone who pays a penny to this company are crazy!

good site, three offers very quickly. Company I went with was first class. All went very smoothly from accepting offer to collection and delivery.

As a transport company I signed up as a VIP over a year ago, as I didn’t see any benefit I cancelled the membership within around 6 months of being VIP. However 5 months ago for some odd reason the monthly VIP payment of £30 was coming out of the bank unauthorised. The only way to contact the company is by raising a ticket or emailing, there is no phone number. I have raised multiple tickets, sent multiple emails but have not received any response. I have contacted my bank to block the payments however they are still trying to take the money. Communication is completely non existent, I have requested a refund and for my details to be removed but even getting a reply is optimistic. They were quick to reply when I first wanted to be a VIP customer. Absolutely shocking company.

I had several delays in getting my moved from Norfolk toYorkshire. But when I contacted DeliverMyMotor they were able to do the job the next day. It was done quickly and efficiently with updates on progress. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I must admit I found the process pretty easy I just needed a car moved that I bought within a day a job was booked and the car was with me the next day thank you saved me hassle of travel

Paid £30 for VIP in early December to be vetted 'instantly'.

No reply to emails since.

Check companies house before signing up and read previous reviews before sending any payment as a transporter.

Easy to use, got several competitive quotes and a great delivery experience.

Minus one point as the site fee isn't explained so clearly: it's on top of the mover's fees but I'd still use them again.

John Wagstaff kept us informed every step of the way. Driver polite and helpful.

Matt who collected my vehicle provided a superb service. I was very impressed with him
