Turned out fine

Well, after I put an order in I checked the reviews and really regretted purchasing from the company. However, It took a couple of days to dispatch and 5 days later I received the delivery! It was a valentines gift so it's been delivered just in time. I'm happy!

Great products. Helpful team. Delicious!

I've ordered from Delli 3 or 4 times now, and have always had such a great experience with ordering and delivery. Their products are so delicious, and I've really enjoyed trying things that I wouldn't have had before!

This week I wanted to add a gift note to my order and Maya was so prompt to reply and help so that my friend's gift could arrive as quickly as possible.

QA issues

3 jar items I've ordered now haven't been properly sealed, gives me the ick to think they've not been adequately stored. For the price of the items you would expect better...

Amazing products!

Finally caved in after seeing so many ads online and it was the best decision ever! Their products help make cooking food fun, fresh and I got to discover new flavours thanks to local food-makers. I'm obsessed with the sambal shiok peanut sauce for making pad thai :)

Definitely recommend trying their products, I'm really tempted to get that 'sober curious' box soon!

Vegan with DELLI!

My new years resolution was to try going vegan but was terrified that I'd struggle to find good food, so I panic ordered the Start Here Vegan Box. It has made it so easy AND I think this may be the longest I've ever stuck to a resolution. A win is a win, cheers DELLI!!

I have found lots of new favourites…

I have tried a couple of DELLI’s boxes now and absolutely love them! Each one is packaged well, and the food and drinks work perfectly together.

Love Delli boxes!

Love Delli boxes! I have previously ordered the 'Start Here' box and the products are delicious, personal favourites Garlli Chilli Oil and Lamiri Harissa.

Also bought the Sober Curious Box for a gift this Christmas gift and my parents love it!

Best gifts ever

Best gifts ever - Ordered 5 bundles for Christmas presents and I've not heard the end of how much the family are loving it. In particular, the nice and spice bundle and the sober curious bundles have been a hit.

Will definitely order again once the hot honey runs dry!

Great product selection

Worst service

Ordered twice , lost orders twice and lost the shipping fee for an item which was never delivered. Exceptionally poor service, would never buy from this site.

Item was supposed to be delivered before xmas which never came, I asked them to resend the item and it never arrived. After several chases they refunded me but did not refund the shipping fee, what the hell. a month of back and forth .. waste of time, waste of money

Great products, poor logistics

I've ordered twice from Delli now, and both times they've missed their promised delivery date - once for a birthday (over a week late) and again for Christmas (a few days). Ironically, the second was with a discount code by way of apology for screwing up delivery of the first one.

I've learned my lesson. Products are great, but delivery can't be trusted. I'm done.

Edit: Almost forgot! On the second order, not only did they miss the promised Christmas delivery, but removed an item without telling me. First I heard about it was an automatic refund from them with no explanation on the day it finally showed up.

I ordered from DELLI for a Christmas…

I ordered from DELLI for a Christmas present and loved the options they had to choose from, better than your average supermarket choices for a foodie!

I did have to contact Customer Care for one thing and Klara was able to assist me, she was super helpful!

Shambles

I have had some great orders from delli, however very disappointed that an order placed on 16th dec as a gift to be delivered before Christmas was delayed and then only partially fulfilled. Totally unacceptable when had a message it was being delivered at a particular time, informed the recipient but then it was cancelled on Christmas eve.
Such a shame that a great idea and some great independent businesses are being let down

A lasting impression

The folks griping about late deliveries or missing items are the lucky ones. They didn't have to face their mum on Christmas morning and explain why her gift this year was... rat excrement. "Merry Christmas, Mum! Hope you enjoy the 'presents'!"

The company's priorities are completely skewed. They've thrown all their funds into flashy marketing when they should have been sorting out their logistics. This isn't some fledgling startup - it's a four-year-old business owned by Etsy, for goodness' sake!

They are also posting fake reviews on Trustpilot, check the positive ones and google their names.

Don’t be fooled by aesthetics

Ordered a Christmas gift on 12th December for delivery 3-5 days later… no delivery, a generic reply to my first email promising delivery no later than 23rd Dec, still no delivery, no response to further emails, no reply to Instagram messages. Ultimately no Christmas gift. Have disputed transaction with my bank… these guys have disappeared into thin air.
