There was a special discount when I ordered my new coffee machine, granting the consumer 2 gifts.
I never received them and De Longhi do not answer my complaints.
There is NO customer service!
Called numerous times and emailed regarding an issue with my machine, which was still under warranty.
Was forced to seek alternative repair.
Months later Delonghi responded saying my warranty was out of date
Numerous emails for over 7 months. Asked for my complaint to be escalated.
Delonghi could not provide me with time scales, complaints procedure or a point of contact.
Persevered and finally after 7 months was reimbursed for repair cost.
Would never buy Delonghi again.

after 3 days from delivery of De'Longhi Eletta Explore the machine stopped working. Just broke. During the last 4 weeks we are pushed between Media Markt (where it was bought on line) and De Longhi and no one takes responsibility to either repair it, or replace with a new one. The situation is outrageous given that you buy a machine for close to 1000 euro with expectation of highest quality of a product. Company considers itself as a top producer of coffee machines, but reality is far from top!!! They took our machine last week for reparation and yday it came back not repaired again.... No words for this unprofessional service and violation of my rights as customer.
Disappointed with my experience ordering from De’Longhi. The machine was supposed to be delivered home, but we had to pick it up ourselves from a store instead.
The order was also supposed to include coffee beans and small cups as a gift, but nothing was included. Customer service asked for screenshots by email, then later replied that the request was invalid and that the gift did not apply to this machine.
Not the level of service I expected from a premium brand.
Clear communication, fast delivery, best discounts. The coffee machine is super nice and gives you very good value for money
what is the point of them having a contact form for technical support on their website, they never reply! VERY expensive coffee machine with an issue, only 2 .5 years old and I cannot get a response from them. Diabolical support for a company that provides top of the range (??), top price products. Never again will I buy De'longhi.

Something is wrong with the water flow & the solution to it may or may not be opening up the entire machine and replacing little plastic bits that really should either last longer than a year or two or be easier to replace.
I wish I had bought a different machine - for the price, I really would have expected it would work for more than 2 years.

Gemma, thank you for the reply, and link on how to do a deep clean however, if you had read my review you will see that I had deep cleaned several times and still no froth. Going forward is De'longhi going to send a replacement machine, yet again another milk carafe, or another link for a deep clean. To say the words" extremely Frustrated" is becoming a joke, especially after purchasing/upgrading my machine.

I purchased a retro toaster from Big W marketplace unused and in original condition. I had a change of mind about the colour. They arranged a courier pick up and they haven’t refunded me as promised obviously with no explanation. They owe me $104.
Worst “high end” coffee machine brand would never ever ever buy from them again or recommend friends and family to buy from them. Brand new machine £899 priced at their website, machine broke down 7 months into ownership. First red flag, sent out to repair and was sent back to me after 10 days “fixed”. I opened the packaging to find it smashed, cracked and dented. Was not packaged and sent back in a proper condition. Got on the phone to customer service expressed my frustration in which they said they can fix the machine and won’t replace it as I no longer wanted a smashed up machine as it can cause me issues down the line. Long back and forth I sent it back and I asked for new one to which they consistently refused. Machine spent 2 weeks being fixed with them only to come back with guess what another problem. It’s leaking huge amounts of water my kitchen counter is being water boarded by my expensive coffee machine. Got back on the phone with Delonghi again told that we can fix it not replace it. Each time you ask for a manager they say that one doesn’t exist here and there’s no formal complaint process up a chain of command. Joke of a company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

after scanning my machine to order more descaler, i was asked to signed up to recieve a discount code and told it could take 5 minutes to come through however when i enquired with the AI chat box (very unhelpful), i was then connected over chat to Lara who then informed me it could take up to 24 hours to come through.
While I am enjoying my bean-to-cup dual hopper coffee machine, the service behind it has been lacking. The service that I previously received from Nespresso was always extremely good whenever I enquired about anything

I loved my DeLonghi bean to cup machine and would have given it a 5 star review until it broke within its warranty period and I had to try to arrange a repair. The customer care has been dreadful and arrangements for collection of my machine totally shambolic. I have been weeks without a coffee machine because of poor processes and collection arrangements. It has just taken 17 days for them to respond to an email trying to arrange for the machine to be picked up (no apology for the slow response) and now a DPD notification has arrived with a pick up address over 150 miles from my home. This was on the back of several previous telephone calls and an earlier failed collection (at a time I was at home waiting). It has taken hours of my time trying to resolve something which should have been simple. I can no longer recommend DeLonghi based on my experience.

We have a two and half year old 'beans to cup' coffee machine (that had already failed under warranty and been subsequently repaired free of charge by De'Longhi) that has again broken down.
This breakdown is despite us meticulously maintaining the product with De'Longhi recommended products such as descaler and water softner.
On the day of breakdown we telephoned De'Longhi customer service with full details of the problem and reconfirmed everything with them by email, as they requested, and we were promised we would be contacted with "next steps."
After waiting a week we had received no communication from De'Longhi and so telephoned them again. Basically we were told we could pay £150 for yet another repair - which we declined based on the age of the machine and lack of confidence in it's quality, or we could go their website and view their current offers!
We requested a goodwill gesture or promotion code to use towards a new purchase and to compensate for indifferent customer service and the short and unreliable life of our existing machine - but we were politely declined, plus we were told there was no way to escalate our dissatisfaction with De'Longhi.
In closing, we cannot recommend this company or it's coffee machines.

I purchased a Maestosa Bean to Cup App Connected Fully Automatic Coffee Machine directly from De’Longhi’s website on 5th May. The following day, I received confirmation that the order had been shipped on 6th May.
According to Parcelforce tracking, on 7th May the package was “delivered” by being left outside my property next to my bins, in plain sight for anyone passing by. I never authorised the parcel to be left in a safe place, let alone outside my house unattended.
I contacted De’Longhi immediately via their website and a support ticket was created on 7th May. It has now been over a week with absolutely no response.
I have also tried calling their customer service number multiple times, sometimes waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with nobody answering. At this point, it genuinely feels like nobody even mans the phones.
To make matters worse, I contacted their live chat yesterday and was told that according to their system the order was only shipped on Monday 11th May, and that I would need to wait longer for delivery — despite the Parcelforce tracking clearly showing proof of delivery and confirming the item was left next to my bins days earlier.
The communication from De’Longhi has been appalling throughout. No replies to tickets, nobody answers the phone, and their live chat staff seem completely unaware of what is happening.
I am now over £2,000 out of pocket with no coffee machine and no resolution in sight. Extremely disappointed and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering directly from De’Longhi
UPDATE 20/05 - Despite De’Longhi’s Trustpilot response I have heard absolutely nothing..

You are a complete joke. Is this a troubleshooting service? After responding after two months you are making me do something I have done many times without a precise explanation without a drawing and without contacting me. Are you waiting for the warranty to expire somehow? What a mess of service you are. Shame on you. These are not UK services but third world services. I assure you that I will file a complaint with the competent authorities and demand compensation.
