The Ajax system has been working really well. We have the cameras, NVR, alarm and doorbell. Very easy to configure and operate. My only ask, please update the doorbell to have more than one chirping sound.

Really good customer service from the installer to the office crew who facilitated the process. The advice I was given enabled me to get the configuration I wanted. Great company!

Great security system overall. Have had for 6 months. Love that we can remotely access video footage (the video quality is decent, can sometimes pick up enough detail to read number plates of cars that drive by the front of the house 20m away) Love that we can control the system on our phone, the UI is simple and straight forward. We’re able to use our Yale door locks, garage door and front gate from the Ajax app.

Only issue was a garage door read hardware which randomly thought the garage door is open and was setting off alarms. After a number of attempts by the installer at adjusting the read, it was replaced about a month ago. Hasn’t had any trouble since being replaced.

It took us sometime to fine tune the sensitivity and the direction of the detection devices. Indeed, they were reacting when domestic animals were circulating by night or when lawn mower robot was passing by. That was triggering the alarm very often! The installer was not of a great help. Consequently I was obliged to fine tune the sensitivity (down to low) and the direction myself to minimize false alarms. After one month use devices are working very well and the system is providing us a great peace of mind as they are also connected to a professional security house (ESG) that I wish hereby to thank as well. As the installer is no more answering his phone or extending any help I’m looking for another one accredited by AJAX (particularly for system expansion, maintenance or changing the batteries): you could be of help. I would like to thank the customer service for the great help they provided me. I had a problem with a non-functioning siren and I knew nothing about the settings. Thanks to a very helpful approach and patient approach, the problem was finally solved. Once again, a big thank you to the great technical team that helps customers.

We had the Ajax alarm system installed in our new home. The system is very easy to use and reasonably priced.
Our supplier and installer “ Budget home security “ did a great job, no mess at all , absolutely first class job.

Having not grown up in the it/ai world, I was daunted with having to use websites, apps and bots. Ajax assisted me very graciously, and didn't disappear when initially this problem proved to be more challenging than originally anticipated. Thank you Ajax team.

A very good, reliable product that is relatively easy to install. Our local retailer is very nice and gives good pieces of advice.

Installed as a replacement for a hard wired system. Ajax designed and installed several sensors and cameras throughout the church building including the roof zone. Ajax smart system allows access to be controlled and off site monitoring is a huge help. Future additions with the potential to add fire monitoring is a great option. After six months we are delighted with Ajax.

My wired alarm packed in after 30years really needed a good simple replacement I was recommended this system by a retired police officer it’s great use a key fob to set if you forget use your phone very happy

Works well overall.
The only thing i’m not like is that the wifi on indoor cameras loses connection even when router is 1 m away.

The support at Ajax systems is very outstanding. Fast and very reliable support, every time.
Hereby i recomend Ajax, as an eco enviroment, because its very high quality products, but the Support is just as high quality.
