Never ever

I do not recommend shopping on this platform. The order shipping and delivery dates shown on the store's website are false. I will never shop on this site again. I feel cheated. In addition, customer service and contact are very poor. I do not recommend it.

I received an empty packet from them…

I received an empty packet from them and no response from the customer service. I was obliged to dispute the transaction.
one week later: they replied to this review with lies, I have sent them every possible information several times by email and by chat and they have still not responded in any way

I received a half empty parcel

I received a half empty parcel.
Despite I sent a picture of the half empty box, they still refused a refund or sending the rest of my order, claiming that I threw the box away…as if they don’t know all the info of the order…
I highly recommend avoiding buying from them!

Empty parcel – no refund given

Title: Received empty parcel – refused refund

I placed order #16179997 with Deloox on 16 July 2025 for €597.94.
When the parcel arrived, it was completely empty. I immediately contacted the seller and provided clear photographic evidence.

Despite this, they refused to refund me, citing their “internal investigation” with the courier. Their responses have been purely formal, without any real attempt to resolve the situation.

I am now left without the goods and without my money. This is completely unacceptable customer service and shows a disregard for basic consumer rights.

I strongly advise avoiding this store.

The delivery service carefully investigated the situation, but no irregularities were found.

If you suspect that a package is empty or damaged upon delivery, it is important to refuse the delivery immediately so that the delivery person can register this.

Missing items
