Horrible

Horrible, I ordered my package on the 12th. They told me it would be here on the 17th. Its the 31st and I still haven't got my order. I have reached out to customer service 3 times. They can't even tell me if its coming or not. They just sent me out a review email asking how they did. Shite I still haven't got it yet

A gift for Christmas still hasn't arrived on 30th Dec!!!

Ordered the Christmas gift at the start of Dec with an estimated delivery date of 16th Dec which I thought would be ideal. Unfortunately no delivery. The last contact I had apologised and said it would be delivered at the latest by 24th Dec. Tomorrow is the 31st December and it still hasn't arrived. I don't know if it will at this stage.

Unfortunately, carriers have been dealing with high volumes and delays during this period. Because your parcel was sent from the Netherlands to Ireland, it passed through several sorting centres. Due to the extra volume around Black Friday and the festive season, the parcel was unfortunately delayed several times. Delivery was also temporarily suspended during the festive season.

We dispatched the order immediately after it was placed. The delay occurred during transport via GLS, which is of course very annoying. We have now seen that the parcel has arrived at your address and have therefore contacted you to check whether everything has been received as desired.

Not good enough

Like many others, it seems the delivery company let Deloox down, I understand that but my contract was with Deloox. I can't give a good review as the Christmas present arrived 5 days after Christmas and tracking was non-existent. Not good enough to just say its out of your control. Its your job to ensure deliveries are on time, or else inform and update customers properly and compensate when things go wrong. Obviously, I won't use your site again and will warn others not to.

Negative experience

It is quite ridiculous to be asked for a review of an order I have not yet received. I placed my order on 10th December and was told delivery would take 3–5 days. I understand the Christmas period is busy, but it has now been nearly three weeks and the items still haven't arrived. My experience so far is very negative

Dealing with Deloox was fine but…

Dealing with Deloox was fine but delivery by their courier partner (GLS) was appalling. Took over a week to arrive to their Dublin delivery centre where it sat for another 12 days until it was delivered today 29/12/2025 - too late for Christmas.

I was worried about the legitimacy of…

I was worried about the legitimacy of the website after reading some bad reviews. I bought a Lattafa Shaheen Silver on 14th December and received today 29th December.
Very well packaged, original (unless they cloned the QR code which takes you to Lattafa’s website to check if it really is).
Just a minor issue where the top of the lid was unglued. The smell last for quite long and it’s the same as one sample I have from the physical store. My thoughts are that the real scammers are the retails charging you triple of the real price. 4 stars only because the lid.

Can't review the product as it hasn't arrived yet,it was ordered weeks before Christmas for my sons Christmas gift,and got an email saying that is won't arrive on time .The company they use for the delivery is absolutely dreadful as ur was in the area u live in from the 17 th dec but still was not delivered?? This is not acceptable,I do not know why u are using this company,u need to change.I was upset for my son not getting his Christmas gift ,and i blame the courier as it is as in my country early enough to be delivered for Christmas,but obviously didn't care ,not happy

I ordered 2 perfumes on the 8th of…

I ordered 2 perfumes on the 8th of December and I still haven't received it.I contacted the company and I was told I will have my order before 24th of December which obviously didn't happen. Luckily I paid trough PayPal and I know I can take my money back.

Product was perfect Delivery was 1 week after stated delivery date. As I ordered it as a Christmas present I was getting a bit anxious. However it was delivered before Christmas. So ok but should be clearer in delivery time when accepting the order

Well I'm not writing a review on the items as I haven't got them yet.
My order is now three weeks late, delivery company is terrible and Deloox can do nothing about it.
Unless they decide to use a different delivery company I would be very apprehensive using them again

Overall, all good, but with a slight hitch.

got a few products from the website. Every time everything was great, but the last time I had an issue. I recieved a parfume with dirty box as well as a dirty line on the parfume (can't remove it). Maybe it was not great storage of this product, maybe it was open before (I hope not used before). But other than that, everything was good, good prices.

GLS a nightmare

Like the previous people who have reviewed from Ireland, my delivery has still not been delivered by GLS,it was ordered on 29th November and is stuck at the parcel centre in Ireland since the 5th December with updates every few days saying it is still in the parcel center, it is now 21th December nearly a month since I ordered it and I am not holding any hope of ever getting it. Very frustrating and disappointing.

They use GLS a shit delivery company

I could give them four stars if they had a reliable delivery partner. The one they use is completely terrible and they seem not to care at all. Also don’t refund the money you spent for the order. My parcel has been stuck with GLS for four weeks in the same country and the same city (Dublin). Four weeks. Unbelievable.

Poor customer service

I ordered an item on 29th November, which was due for delivery in the promised 1-4 days. The item arrived on December 19th three weeks later. After two weeks, I contacted Deelox and the response was for me to "refuse delivery" or re-post the item at my own expense, to them and that when it arrived, they would issue a refund. When I explained that the national Irish postal service would automatically leave items in my porch if I was at work, and that I wouldn't have the opportunity to refuse it, there was no response. On Dec 16th when I followed up with them, I received a response to say, "I will therefore immediately start a transport investigation and ask whether this parcel can be returned." I did not hear anything again from Deloox, and the item arrived on December 19th, three working weeks after the date of order. Misleading delivery promise, unrealistic service offering, and ultimately no positive action offered to resolve the lengthy delay issue. The delivery is unreliable so a product cannot be ordered for a specific occasion, and the follow up customer service is poor.
