Waste of time

Waste of time. Ordered some perfume, accepted order. After couple days got messages the order closed.
Never again from this company.

Once again confirmed that the company is not serious. After my response, their response, after which no contact. This shows how deplorable the company's policy is. As far away from such a company as possible.

UPDATE: Full order finally received on 18th November . Deloox shipped a new order to me via GLS Couriers. Many thanks for your action.

On 23rd October 2025 I ordered Clinique products from Deloox.com (this website) to the value of €158.00. To date I have not received these items and no communication forthcoming from the company either.

Deloox.com engaged the services of Fastway Couriers in Ireland to deliver my package. On Tuesday, 28th October I received a communication from Fastway Couriers that my order would be delivered that day. It never happened.

I understand Fastway Couriers went into receivership on the same day. I phoned Deloox on Thurs 30th October looking for a refund and I was told I wouldn't get a refund until the package came back to their warehouse and GLS would be sending me a communication about my order. To date this has not happened.

Unfortunately, the carrier Fastway has been declared bankrupt. Most parcels will still be delivered or returned to us. If a parcel has not been received, we are obliged to start an investigation to find out whether the parcel will still be delivered or returned.

We understand that this is very frustrating for you. This is also an unexpected situation for us, but we are doing our utmost to resolve it as quickly as possible. It is absolutely not our intention to treat you badly, but we must follow our standard process in this regard.

A new shipment has now been created for you with a different carrier. The products are currently out of stock, so the order is expected to be shipped by Tuesday/Wednesday at the latest.

I ordered a million gift set for my…

I ordered a million gift set for my dads birthday opened the box to find the lady million set and after a lot of emails the best they could do is give me a refund not even send my original order to me and when I complained that I needed the order and was told it wouldn’t be possible as the warehouse is mislabelled I was then asked if I wanted a €10 discount on a site that won’t send me right product!!! Outrageous doesn’t make sense if you can offer a discount surely you can make things right and right send me my original order instead of sending it back now I’ve to go and buy another one just a load of time wasted and staff are useless to help
Update: scheduled a pick up and none showed up waiting in the house all day and when I emailed again about my scheduled pick up none replied don’t order from here staff are horrible won’t help now I’m being ignored they won’t refund me after saying they will and sending me in circles
UPDATE: after a week my package was collected and I never heard from anyone again just scammed me they got my money and to send the product back now they act like I don’t exist so don’t order from here whatever you do it’s a big scam

Cheap prices and legitimate items

My initial concern was that this may be grey imported items that could be have questionable sourcing practices - but so far, all the items I've ordered from the website are all legitimate products and where possible, I've even scanned the QR codes directly on the packaging which is printed by the manufacturer which have also confirmed they're legitimate. So really pleased as some the prices are really cheap compared to other websites.

Also, a big shout out to Nicolle for helping me with my order by arranging an extra perfume to be delivered on top of my previous order which hadn't already been shipped.

THE PARCEL I RECEIVED WAS EMPTY!!!!!

After 7 working days, deloox responded to my emails and resolved the issue very professionally.

The launched an investigation, immediately acknowledged that something went wrong during transit and already refunded the amount of money. They also gave me a small discount for future purchases.

The most important thing for me however was that they listened to what I had to say and took into consideration the suggestions I made regarding their obligation to monitor deliveries.

I am very satisfied with their professionalism and my intention is to stay as a customer of this company. Mistakes can always happen, but the important thing is how we address these situations and what kind of solutions we are willing to provide.
To be honest, despite feeling slightly insecure, I have decided to order again from this site.

Considering the way they handled the situation I think they deserve a chance to prove that everything will be ok next time.

Not a great experience

Absolute scam.

Perfumes are not original or in a sealed box. And you cannot return them as they are dangerous goods and no couriers will take them.

Customer support is mostly AI, and when you get a human they are everything but helpful.

Do not buy!

Edit: Since writing this review, CS has reached out to arrange picking up the parfum, which was very helpful and why I'm editing this review.
However, the box sent was not in an original unopened state, as it comes with a ribbon that was not present and the insides of the packaging where not in the original state. I know, having bought from official retailers.
Having said that, the fragrance looked original, and there were no issues with the bottle itself, just with the packaging.

Great price - product missing

Terrible Experience.

Over 5 weeks since order was placed. Sent several emails asking for my money back and all being ignored until I made my complaint public on trust pilot.

They then threatened to sue me for my review and said they had made “a gesture of goodwill” by giving me a refund.

That isn’t goodwill. That is the minimum of what is required for failing to provide the service purchased over a month ago.

Never again.

Avoid this company. Read all of the negative reviews. They are not to be trusted.

Great value and huge range. Am happy with my purchases. Did get slightly anxious when I discovered after ordering that fastway was their choice of courier as they haven’t been reliable for me here in Ireland in the past, Deloox customer service was excellent though when I reached out with my concerns when the tracking label failed to update after a week. My items arrived 9 days after ordering them, which was longer than expected when the order was placed.
