I made an order on weekend. And then I sent them mail to change product also on weekend. It is not possible to cancel or change on their website. Then I called them on Monday at 08:30 when their customer service opens. No answer. I called over 20 times during the day. No answer.
Then they ship me product I wanted to change. And I need to pay postage to return it back.
Worst service and shopping experience. So unprofessional! Definitely not recommended!

EDIT: They will pay for return postage. At least one positive thing in this mess. Anyway, I would not order through them again. I cant believe it is not possible to cancel or change order and no chat service available.

I made an order through deloox.se and I paid for the order. The amount is withdrawn from my account. But I got 3 emails saying that I need to pay to proceed the order. I have wrote about this to the customer service 3 emails but thry havent responded .

Ordered a perfume and it was sent to the carrier really fast. I didn't receive the package though, the carrier just threw it somewhere downstairs in my appartment building. I had contact with customer support, they we're nice, fast and gave me back my money. Nothing wrong with Deloox! They don't have control over their carriers but they do take the responsibility by giving me back my money.

Bad customer service, and bad that they use Budbee to send packets.
It can be cheaper by ten cents, but that doesn't mean that they are the best.

The perfume is either fake or something happened to it on the way. Because neither its endurance nor the opening nor the sillage is nowhere near to those of the original.

Answer to Deloox: The bottle seems to be fine. There was a lot of smell coming out when I opened the shipment package though.

I put an order through deloox.se I was charged for the order. The order has an order number, the whole amount of the order has been withdrawn from my account but I got an email that the order needs to be paid. I have sent at least two emails to customer service without reply and I can't get access to the phone service to ask for help.

The delivery was fast and my products arrived well

Don't buy perfumes if you want any possibility of return. They have nailed their "terms" so that you can't return anything even if it arrives broken.

1. Had no problems whatsoever with deloox.se , always very pleased with everything I have ordered, and the process of ordering on their website
2. Always received packages at the time promised, well packed
3. In general, I am very pleased with prices of their products and I was their online-customer for 3 times this far, and will be in the future.
