Couple of things which are very anti-consumer.
there is no price match for under 24 hour price changes. Returns are accepted but is there anyone ready to pay $100-$200 to ship a luggage back ? There are just pictures on the website and the youtube channel does not have any videos of the product anywhere. Still we are supposed to spend $150 to return a luggage.
I'd rather use Amazon or a local retailer which are super friendly when it comes to returns.

After inquiring about wheel replacements for my 2 Delsey Titanium Luggage Carry-ons, Latisha from their Customer Service, promptly and professionally offered her assistance. Since no replacement parts were available, she expedited 2 new matching luggage pieces (to complete my set of 4)! Unbelievable service and company dedication to stand by their products!
Worst customer experince! Bought new DELSEY suitcase from NEYE shop in Silkeborg. Before leaving for holiday, the handle broke. After contacting NEYE, DELSEY communicated they did not wish to repair the handle because - during the travel - got another dammage.... NEVER BUY DELSEY - they do not respect the consumer guarantee. They write 5 year guarantee - it doesnt last 1 month.

Hello, I am writing a 5 star review for Delsey Paris' Customer Service. Recently, my wife traveled to see our Grandchildren in Kansas City. On the flight up, the airline (I'll leave them unnamed) damaged the telescoping handle, beyond fixing. When she returned, I took off the handle and sent a message to Delsey requesting a replacement (and offering to pay if needed). Less than a week later, the replacement part arrived via UPS. No questions asked, no charge. We are Delsey customers for the rest of our lives, thanks.

It is impossible to get in contact with them, you get just an irritating chat robot that you can’t get any help from. It has been programmed to say that a senior customer service assistant will contact you, but this never happens. To me this is a very arrogant way of trying to get rid of people who need to contact the company. After my ”discussion” with the robot I sent several emails to addresses that I found on the internet, but I am still waiting for a human being to answer. The handle of my suitcase broke just after 2 1/2 years use, the bolt keeping it broke just in the middle inside the suitcase and this to me looks like it has been a faulty product.
I chose Delsey, because they boast to make some of the best products on the market, but if I knew, that in case of a claim you can’t expect to get any help from them, I would have chosen another brand.
Delsey is obviously a brand that has products that are not as good as marketed and an after-sales service that does not exist. So no thanks, my next suitcase will definitely not be a Delsey.
Update 25.07. Two days ago I was finally contacted by a very service-minded, efficient and friendly Delsey customer service girl, and it looks like it is easy to repair the suitcase when I receive the spare parts.
So there is an efficient customer service at Delsey, but it seems that as a private consumer it is not so easy to get in touch with them.

Warranty was not honoured.
Delsey refused to refund, replace or fix my suitcase within the warranty period. They claimed my damage was due to a 'major impact', when it was wear and tear.
I explained exactly what had caused the damage and hence that this was via normal use, but they refused to believe me. The suitcase had always been with me and has never been in the posession of airport or airline staff.
On top of this, I had to pay for the shipping to the returns site myself, which was a bit of a kick in the teeth.

Arrived on time; product looks nice, fairly light for a big bag but gets heavy quickly once packed. Used it over the weekend and airline already marked it - hard to get marks off of the shell.

First time buying. The trunk style suitcase is perfect size for traveling. I didn't want to handle more than one suitcase traveling. Light,big and holds up well.

The sight was very easy to navigate. The wide variety of colors and styles were welcoming. I had purchased my first Delsey piece from another vendor at a higher price and when I decided that I wanted a complete set I shopped around and found the best value for money at Delsey. Thank you.

I bought the large Delsey last year and love it and regretted not getting the smaller one at the same time. Luckily the small one was available on their website and now my set is complete.
I was sent luggage in the wrong color. I ordered green but was sent black. I emailed Delsey but have not had a response.

DONT BUY FROM THEM! I got a bag with 10 year warranty, from their official Amazon store when I was in Sweden. It broke after the first trip and when they sent me a replacement bag when I was abroad, they referred me to a reseller who gave me a FAKE one where all the threads and labels were coming off before using it. It was clearly a fake bag, meaning they don’t even keep track of their reseller stores abroad. Their customer centre in France admitted the replacement bag was faulty after I sent them photos, and was gonna send me a new one, and now it’s been 3 months and they’re not replying me (request no. 98363). They keep saying their Thailand customer service team is gonna reach out, the same one that sent me to their RESELLER who sells FAKE BAFS! And I can’t reach them on phone. DELSEY PARIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Never ever buying from them again. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Going back to samsonite.
Seriously - STAY AWAY!! So many bad reviews on Amazon and trustpilot, I blame myself for not listening to them. Don’t be a fool like me - avoid this company at all costs.

One wheel on my trusty 11-year-old Delsey carry-on recently broke, and I emailed the company for advice. The rep said they would send me replacement spinner wheels for free if available. Turns out that the wheels are no longer in stock, so Delsey offered to send me a brand-new carry-on! I was so shocked by this, I didn't believe it until the bag arrived two days later. You don't often see customer service like this these days. Usually companies just don't care! After this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Delsey bag and recommend the company to friends.

I wanted to replace the wheels on my old suitcase. New wheels were not available so Delsey replaced the entire suitcase. The Delsey Customer Service contact information was easy to find on the Delsey website. The Service Representative was prompt and persistent in finding a solution.
