Qatar Airlines damaged my Delsey luggage during my three-day flight, but I only discovered it once I got home. When the airline refused to assist, I reached out to Delsey. In 2023, they had promised a replacement due to a wheel defect, but the request was never processed correctly. After explaining the situation and providing tracking details, Delsey USA stepped up and sent me a brand-new suitcase. Having purchased my original luggage from Hudson’s Bay in Toronto, I truly appreciate Delsey’s commitment to its customers. Thank you for delivering on your promise!
Ordered my suitcase and it was not delivered, as he courier was requesting for additional charges. The websites gaurentees delivery if your meet the minium order of £99.
So informed Delsey I will not pay an additional and they informed me I will get a refund once they recieve the suitcase back from the courier. (Already I should not have to wait, as this is their courier partner being used not mine.)
It has been over 5 weeks since they confirmed the suitcase is being sent back from the courier.
Each time I contact the customer service they keep requesting the tracking ID so they can chase up. Now if Delsey don't have my tracking ID attached to my order in their systems then already you know this company and their back team is awful.
Seems like delaying tactics. It's really not good at all I order the suitcase nearly 7 weeks ago. No suitcase and no refund and looks like I will have to take it further to receive my money back now.
This company has the WORST customer service. No phone number to speak with a human. Only an email which may or may not get a response. They charged me full price for a "SALE" item. When I emailed to alert them and ask for a credit on the difference, they refused. The item had not even arrived to my home, so when it did, I declined delivery. UPS sent it back to Delsey, and two weeks later, I still did not have a refund. I emailed them again, and they never responded. So I called my credit card company and they issued the refund and handled the dispute with Delsey. I will NEVER buy from Delsey again.
Return policy is awful. I bought the wrong size by accident (yes, my fault); however I am now responsible for shipping the product back which costs $200 in order to get $250 back on the cost of the luggage. Buyer beware. I would avoid purchasing online with Delsey.

BEWARE! Do not order from Delsey. Ordered a suitcase in November only for delivery company to request I pay import charges even though at check out Delsey states it’s all included in the price. Raised with Delsey they kept saying they were investigating until DpD returned the suitcase to them. I was forced to do a bank charge back to get a refund on a suitcase I did not received only to find out from my bank yesterday that Delsey are disputing it! Stating I received the suitcase in good time. Absolute madness. I have all email correspondence of me chasing the suitcase and refund including an email from Delsey confirming they received the suitcase back, and would issue a refund. Please note no refund was received from them. I have now submitted this evidence to the bank. They are both liars and incompetent. I will never buy from them again.
Had a Delsey before which lasted. Bought the latest bag, this cracked after 3 trips. Went back to the nz distributor, who claimed it was baggage mishandling. When you look at the materials and where it is made, it is obvious the quality is not there anymore.
It's a beautiful piece of luggage. i can't wait to go on an adventure.
I ordered a Karat suitcase on 25/11/24 during their Black Friday event.
It was duly shipped on 27/11/24. As it was shipped from the European store, I had to pay the UK customs duty, VAT and the administration o ftheir chosed carrier DPD, which I did on 28/11/24. I was notifed the case would be delivered on 29/11/24. There were no options to reschedule the delivery in the notification on 28/11/24.
On 29/11/24 I received a notification of the delivery slot for the day and an invitation to rearrange the delivery. As noone would be home an dthe case is quite large, I did rearrange the delivery before the delivery slot to 03/12/24, when someone would definitely be home. I received a confirmation email.
On 03/12/24, I received no confirmation of the delivery slot. Towards the end of the day I contacted DPD Delsey's trusted carrier, and asked when my parcel would be delivered. I explained from the tracling information that the item was confirmed to be at DPD's warehouse. The Customer Service agent followed the scripted response, gave no apology and said I would need to raise a lost parcel enquiry via Delsey. I also asked DPD for a call back from their manager. I received no call back.
I raised the lost parcel enquiry with Delsey online and via email on 03/12/24 and 04/12/24.I received connfirmations of the query from them, and then on 06/12/24 a statement that they would follow up.
On 10/12/24, I received an email saying that they had received my return! Considering I had not received the case it would be difficult to return it! To add insult to injury it happened to be the day I was returning from what was to be the inaugural journey for the case!
I wrote back explaining that I had not returned the case and would still want them to deliver it. I also pointed out that I had paid the additional customs and tax charges.
I provided the relevant eveidence to Delsey Customer Services on 12/12/24 and have had nothing back in response.

Awful company....having previously owned two Delsey luggages and being very pleased, this experience has been very disappointing. I am entitled to a 14 days free return however despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have yet to receive a response.
I will never order anything from this company again!!!
Absolutely ridiculous customer service! I purchased my soft shell suitcase in April. Within one month, one of the wheel caps broke which meant I could no longer pull the suitcase on 2 wheels. On 4 wheels, it rolls poorly and doesn't go straight making it very frustrating to use effectively. After battling with the suitcase for a few months, I contacted customer service in August about getting a repair or replacement since it is still under warranty.
FOUR MONTHS LATER, I have been passed around to FIVE different customer service teams, been asked to provide photos / descriptions of the damage multiple times and have been given ZERO help that gets me any closer to having a functioning suitcase. Not one person in customer service has even been able to advise where I could send it to get fixed or replaced. Useless!
I placed an order for a backpack on the 20th November 2024, delivery was supposed to be in 4 - 5 working days. Money has been taken from my account but no backpack as yet despite my repeat emails to customers service.
In my last email I said that I request a refund as the item has not arrived and I still haven't received a reply.
I have provided screen shots of my online order receipt but to little avail.
I will never buy from here again!
Just an update I finally received a full refund on the 17th January 2025.
I bought two, 2 piece luggage sets for my children. They received only the suitcases and not the duffel bags which was supposed to go with it. I have sent 3 messages to the company saying that 1/2 the order was not received, but no one has responded yet. Very disappointed.

I bought 2 Delsey Kea suitcases before Covid and did not use them until this last year. On first use all the handles broke off. For one of the suitcases they sent me replacement handles in a different colour and for the other case they are not able to assist or compensate. I understand they are outside their short warranty period but handles on both cases should not break on their first use. It was very difficult using the suitcases without handles when I was on holiday. For a well known global brand, this is pretty poor. The quality is not there, buy another brand.

After a lot of emails and two bad reviews for customer service, they finally answered that they don't have spares for my old suitcases, one of them was used two times and the other 5.I paid a lot of money for suitcases that i can't buy spares.I though that i could buy the parts that were damaged, even after a lot of years.NEVER AGAIN .Now I am going to throw them away....

I was gifted a Delsey suit case over 7 years ago. The handle was extendable until recently when the plastic inside was damaged by a loose screw. I emailed Delsey customer service and they responded soon after. They advised me that they no longer had the parts for that model, and instead sent me a TRACKING NUMBER for a NEW suit case! Very refreshing to see a company stand by their product. This is SO rare. I will be purchasing a Delsey the next time I need a new piece of luggage.
