He was extremely helpful along the way the entire way. He delivered my car within 2 days.

Pickup at 7:00 pm (Irving Dallas) 3rd September

Delivered at 8:00 pm ( Albany NY) 5th September.

Whenever I had any questions he responded within an hour----weekdays and weekends! My daughter is also working with him now to ship her car from New York to California. The price to ship my car across country was $710 and I thought it was too good to be true… it was. I felt secure with choosing this company to ship my car and I thought the dispatcher was very helpful at first. I signed a contract that listed the total price as $710. Three months later it was time to ship my car and my dispatcher tells me I need to pay $1,400?! I was furious that I had fell for such a scam. I asked about pricing so many times before committing with this company and I was never told a realistic price range when signing. They get away with it because of one small statement in their terms and conditions: “While every effort will be made to confirm a driver for the estimated date and price, no guarantee of pickup or delivery date can be made”. Maybe I’m stupid, but that entire sentence sounds like it’s about shipment dates, not the cost. Just because they randomly slapped the word price in that sentence, they claim that you were informed that the price was never guaranteed. I had no other choice at this point so I paid the price and had my car shipped... this part was sketchy too. I was supposed to do a formal inspection at pick up and drop off and sign the bill of lading; however, the person picking it up hardly spoke English and told me there was nothing to sign. When I told my dispatcher about this he just said, “well your car is in good condition right?” It was, but if it hadn’t been, I would have had no way to file a claim or report since there was nothing to sign!!! I almost didn’t leave a review because my car was shipped and I was just happy that my experience with this company was finally over, but my dispatcher called me and asked me to write him a 5 star review. That didn’t sit right with me since he knew how unhappy I was with the service. My advice: find someone else!

Quoted $795/car to transport 2 vehicles from Miami to California, a day before ship date "there are no drivers available, but we can find one for $1480 per car".
I had no choice but to agree to double the price because I had to leave for California next day.
In auto retail industry this practice is highly illegal and commonly referred to as "Bait and Switch", but sadly common when it come to auto transportation.

Noah Hills was amazing! He was always quick to respond and helped me get my car transported across the US. We had never shipped a car before but Noah made the process very easy.

Michael is a rock star! After all was said and done, he was able to get my car delivered at a very reasonable price. He worked diligently and found me a covered transport for an open transport price! Thank you sir!

This was the very good experience I had with Mr Steven James did promise me the pick up date and was done on time and worked out for all of us
I would recommend this company and the staff is very professional and keep up with the promises and gets the things done and you can rely on this any time

they had my contract for an auto transport for weeks. two days before the transport date, still seeking a driver. told me they were checking the qualifications of drivers. they never found one for me. company took a deposit upon signing the contract which is against there own terms. they were often hard to reach by phone. promised to be called back a few times and they didn't do it. felt like they were stalling me whenever i actually got to speak with someone. had to request a refund several times as they kept telling me they are working/about to get a driver. didn't listen to my refund request. when they finally agreed to a refund, took them a week to initiate it.

Great communication! Excellent customer service! Honest about the price and continued to communicate up to when the driver arrived in my driveway along with dropping off in a difficult spot and put the car exactly where I asked it to be dropped off. Very impressed and will definitely use again picked up and delivered within California all in less than 24 hrs!

I researched a lot of companies before choosing Delta Auto Dispatch. Michael was extremely helpful and diligent in finding a driver to transport my daughters car from Oregon to Oklahoma. I was very impressed with his commitment to help, he was understanding and informative. He took so much time to make sure everything went smoothly. The cost did go up from the original estimate which I’m was not really surprised, after doing my research most companies give you a lower est but it really depends on the driver. I would highly recommend Delta Auto Dispatch.

Good company to work with the dispatch I work with name was Mark he made sure everything went great !!

Mark was a good person and really persistent. I do feel like he did his best for us. When he did locate a driver it was late day and he worked hard after hours to make the shipment work. The things I did not like were the price went up significantly. And I was asked for a tip afterwards. Delta was better than the last company and I would use them again. I’m guessing it’s the nature of the industry. It’s to bad that you can’t just get a quote and it is was it’s quoted.

They are the worst type of company to deal with they lie and tell you they will be the cheapest and the other companies will say they will be cheap just to get you and then they will delay your order but then as soon as you sign with them they do the same thing and then are very unpleasant once they have you locked in then when I got upset about it they said they will have the driver drop my car where ever they are and I wouldnt have a clue as to where my car was also the promised a day which is why I signed with them and once I did they said they cant promise when it will get to me

I was so nervous shipping my car, I had no clue how to go about it until I got in touch with delta auto dispatch, they made me feel so comfortable and they explained how the process worked. I received my car 2 days before the delivery date and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much Delta auto for the wonderful experience.
