Great at first. Not so much now, Never shipped my order. Customer service is non existent. Going back to hellomood.

Product has been stuck in shipping for days usps: "no item received". When you try to ask for info on your order it gets put into a support ticket with a 3rd party system that REQUIRES you to make an account. They have not answered that ticket for 4 days now.

Product hasn’t shipped after days, no response from support. Absolutely atrocious / nonexistent customer support. Only way I’m changing this review is if my product is on my doorstep tomorrow.

Why would anyone buy from a website that sneaks recurring payments in light letters at checkout and says nothing about shipping or tracking. Dont be dumb people.

I had a big problem with an order and repeatedly tried to contact their customer service to no avail. They did not respond to phone calls or emails. I have been a good customer, but I will never buy from this company again.

Have been ordering from them for about 2.5 years. Ok at first, but for about a year and 1/2 or so, i have been receiving a lot of devices that don't work. Almost every order, at least one device failed, or would not work at all. When they do work, the product is pretty good. Got away from their clearance items, would commonly fail, but just ordered, for the first time, one of their 7 gram devices. It didn't work at all, what a waste! After searching a bit, i don't see them on anyones best of lists. I'm moving on, and have already ordered from another company. My honest advice, is to avoid them!!!

They don't care about their customers. The loyalty rewards are a scam, not to exceed $10 off or 30% off whichever is less in one transaction. Cannot be combined with coupon code, the loyalty rewards are bull.

I have placed about 6 orders with them now. Each one has been received in a timely fashion, and with the correct items I ordered. The customer service is friendly and attentive if you call within their business hours. Their products are great quality, and very effective!

Most of the cannabinoid blends they sell actually had labs posted that show the products don't have the exotic cannabinoids claimed on the website and labeling. How can people that stupid run a company. I can't believe they actually posted the labs that prove Delta Extrax is a scam. Pretty sure false advertising and intentional mislabeling are federal crimes. Hope they throw them in prison for ripping so many people off.

I placed an order and my credit card was immediately charged and I received an email confirmation of the order. Then I get these no fraud check emails asking me to confirm my order so I pressed yes. 10 days later no tracking and items still hasn't shipped so I created a ticket and the response I got was a very short "your order was flagged because of suspicious activity and so the order didn't go through". That didn't stop them from charging my credit card though did it? I've never had to do a chargeback on a credit card before but I think that's what it's going to come down to. Don't try to call them their customer service number goes to a mailbox that is full so you can't even leave a message. You're lucky if you get an email response from them three or four days after you create a ticket. Shady, sketchy, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

I would give them a zero if I could. Charged me for my order and never shipped. 9 emails to customer service went unanswered. If you order from this site, you will receive nothing. You have been warned.

These guys are a scam. Ordered and got confirmation.. almost a week later and nothing, no status update or response from customer service.
Reached out to them on social media and was told all orders are dispatched within 3 days of order, then was told to email support.. after responding that I already had they blocked me? Glad I paid with a credit card as I'll be back charging to get my cash back.

First time ordering from this site and had some issues. It took forever and was missing an item all together. No response from customer service and it has been weeks. Guess I'll charge it to the game but I won't order from them again.

Ordered a packed over a week an it's still processing has not been shipped. They have no customer service to talk to don't loose money an order from this site you can get the same products from other sites that actually ship what you payed for.

Been using this place since last Oct 2021. Lately it seems they don't want me as a customer. I received my last order and the 2 Mimosa cartridges looked like someone had smoked them for a night, both of them were not filled to the top. Delta Extrax tried to convince me that it was a bubble, it was not a bubble, there was space all around in the cartridge, where product should have been, and now I placed an ordered 5 days ago and my order says shipped, but the Post Office doesn't have it, I emailed Deltextrax.com, and I haven't heard from them. Cheaper prices or not, I am not going to be putting up with this not totally filled cartridges scam, and this late shipping crap. I will be finding another site to by my cartridges from!!

This company is a scam. I placed an order 10 days ago and received one email the day I placed it saying they are processing the order. You call and you get a message like it’s somebody’s cell phone asking you to leave a message. That’s their customer service. Tomorrow I will contact my credit card company and have them refund. I have also sent three emails to customer service and you don’t even get a response back

Deltaextrax changed from deltaeffex. Repackaging old disposable vape pens from deltaeffex with old oil that is different into the new deltaextrax packaging would be fraud. The old pens are filled with low quality yellow oil. The newer stuff is clear, better. It’d be an obvious rip off; and I have photos to prove it. I’m reporting to the DEA so maybe they can clear out the trash in this business and make the community safer from a real problem. I don’t trust this company now. I wouldn’t go near them.

I saw an ad for them saying "Use code FREEBIE to get free delta9 gummies" and was instantly curious. I decided to go for it. And thus began the confusing, impossible process of trying to get these people to approve my ID. Eventually they cancelled my order, and even when I tried again it didn't work. I even tried using my secondary email to see if THAT would work, and again the order got cancelled. Note that only ONE of my orders got refunded. The code FREEBIE did work, for the first two orders I only paid for shipping. But when it didn't work, I tried to order without a code and pay for it since it wasn't that expensive. That too got cancelled, and I have not seen a refund. Yet another THC website that clearly can't be trusted.

Recently made a purchase and though it was a little slower to receive I got everything I ordered in great condition. The delta 9 gummies are great for extra sleep and just relaxing.
