Customer service was exceptional, I had to return twice and it was so easy and didn't cost me a thing!

love my Delta Roam coat. It protects me from the wind and rain whilst out on my dog walks. I liked it so much i have bought my husband one. When the courir (Evri) failed to deliver my coat, a replacement coat was sent straight away, so good customer service as well.

Excellent customer service in handling an exchange. Communication was prompt and friendly. When a company cares about their customer, I am forever loyal.

I bought the Beaumont Robe just in time for a trip to Toronto, which welcomed me with the splendor of the coldest day of the season: –13.3°C. Since then, it’s handled the Illinois prairie—wind, rain, and all—and kept me warm and dry. I actually look forward to going outside in it now, which has earned me plenty of compliments… and even convinced my cousin to order one too. I love it.

I ordered the robe in Chestnut Brown in small, per support's recommendation. It is perfect, and I love the color. I wanted something different, and it's lovely; almost bronze-like.

Great service from this company. The coat was so nice I had to order another for my partner. Quick delivery, well packaged in their own storage bag. Would recommend.

Warm, plush, and easily accessible

Excellent robe. Had been looking for a good totally waterproof jacket for a couple of months. Bought a different one from a well known store which was much more expensive and not waterproof as described. The delta robe however is totally waterproof and cosy. I’m a size 12 and 5’ 2”. I got the small and it’s perfect. Lovely grey colour as well. It has loads of good deep pockets and a lovely big hood. The customer service is also exceptional. Evri lost my original order and Delta Robe replaced it immediately on contacting them. Will happily recommend and buy from them again.

Very stylish, durable material and it keeps me warm in sub-zero temperature days. I’ve had strangers stop me in my tracks to ask where I got mine. I loved the long one so much I bought a short one as well. Also , shipping was super fast!

Absolutely love this jacket! The Pacific NW winters can be incredibly wet and this really makes being outdoors enjoyable. Finally a warm waterproof coat that keeps my legs dry!

Bought 2 Robes and love them both. The weather in PA has been very very cold and the robes are perfect!! The bottom Velcro of one did tear off but after contacting customer service they worked with me and came to a satisfactory resolution. Suggest to shorten the length of the zipper to make getting in and out of vehicle easier.

Delta Roam was recommended to us by a friend. We placed the order and turns out we ordered the wrong size. Their customer service was amazing and we had the robe exchanged in no time.

I am 5'2". I ordered a medium and felt it was a little too bulky. I emailed the company and they were very willing to exchange my robe for a small. However, I decided I prefered the larger coat. I emailed the company again letting them know I'd be keeping the medium and they actually responded! so polite and helpful.

I am a US customer. Delta Roam shipped my robe to my hotel in Ireland quickly. I couldn’t have been happier with this all weather coat.
