Not an easy install.

Just purchased two 5meter reals with a control unit,I have existing transformer. I am a trades person but not electrical but understand how things work. It all looks quality but comes with very little in the way of instructions for a layperson. Even the wholesaler was at a loss to explain as no instruction on this item had be given by the company. Although I've managed to get the App on my phone and got to the pairing procedure it just say App requierd which I have. Not an easy install and not a DIY unit. Trying to find an instalation video. But believe the App is the issue.

I am sure there is a mistake here as we don't supply individual end users . We are Lighting Design manufactures selling only through professional Electrical and Lighting Outlets via trade credit accounts, we don't even have or use Paypal or credit cards.
