Worst experience I ever had
I ordered last week, they sent my package with UPS and I stil didn't get my package! I get the third time a message from them, "your package delivery was rescheduled for monday (28/08) in the end of the day). It's not toys in the package, it's not tools, it is f***ing food!!

The quality of the prices and service speaks accordingly with the prices. We see you have been reimbursed for the logistic mistake we made. You have received the 10 % discount but in the future try to place a bigger order, like this the sum of the discounted products it's going to be also more substantial. Also please check our free delivery conditions where you don't need to pay anything for the delivery.

Produsele sunt mereu proaspete si vin direct de la fabrica. Nu sunt valabile cu lunile deoarece incercam sa comercializam produse cat mai naturale si cu cat mai putini conservanti.
Some disapointing
Delivery company, USP, never made a proper delivery such as it was premisser. While I expected to get the packade, I receiver a mailmessage the delivery could’nt be made. Ni phonecall or text so I could come and meet. Instead I had to collect the package myself at a collecting point 2 days later. Had I ordered frozen food it had been waisted. So you can not promise home/door delivery untill you can guarantee that it actually can be done.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery. We looked into the system and it seems like UPS was trying to deliver you parcel on the 26th of July once 11:43 morning and second time at 17:53 the same day but you weere not at home.
We suggest in the future, if you are working a lot, to use our "Service Point Delivery" which we offer specially for clients like you who are working a lot and who whishes to pick up the parcel after the working time on the way back home.
The service doesn't cost anything extra.

In regards with the phone or text, please note that all our clients receive e-mails with the live tracking code for all the parcel journey.

Did not deliver all paid products.
Lied they had an error in their system. In fact, the product was never out of stock, as they claimed.
The order, with perishable products, arrived in 6 days.
Does not reply to emails. Poor communication skills.
Also, called me on the phone, with harassment and aggressive behaviour and language.

You have ordered on Thursday 20th of July and because of the weekend the Parcel went out on Monday 24th and reached your door on Tuesday 25th. Quicker could have only been possible only if we could have teleported the parcel.
In regards with the 1 missing product (4,99 €) out of 16 products of your entire 120 € order, we have responded and sent you an email with the reimbursment formular on 25th (just 5 days after you ordered).
Overall your parcel reached you in less than 24 hours, so we don't really understand why do you write such missinformation ???
Excellent products and service
I have been a client of this company for a while now and I have always been satisfied. They have great products, reasonable prices and they are very responsive to their clients' needs. Their website is also well done making it easy to order.
