The candles were posted with DHL on 17 December. Since then, the parcel has been stuck in Germany. DHL tells me that I need to contact the deluxehomeart website so that they can make a complaint to them, but I can't fill in the contact form on their website. The website is also very poorly translated. I really feel like this website is a scam! I strongly advise against using this website.
This is a fake store. You think that you order by deluxehomeart. The deliver candles of the brand top candle. I already have candles of deluxehomeart. I was disappointed. I want my money back.
