The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time, very friendly response when i emailed the company. Plates exactly what we wanted to make tiered cake stands for my sons wedding

When I eventually picked up my items…
When I eventually picked up my items from the access point, the cutlery set was really nice.
However the delivery service was not satisfactory and this I believe is down to the courier UPS not deluxe disposables per say.
On the day of expected delivery I was home and didn't leave home until about 4pm .
Eventually got a mail alledging there was a delivery attempt at 13.55. I was home at the time this aledged attempted delivery was made.
Made a complaint both to UPS and deluxe disposables.
I am happy with the product though and the customer service so far provided by deluxe disposables has been quite good.

A very average company
Good Products BAD Customer Service
I ordered plastic plates from Deluxe Disposables and although the plates are fine (a bit expensive for what they are but the quality is good) the descriptions on the website are not the best and I ended up ordering the wrong size.
They said I would have to return the products at my own cost and order new ones. I returned their plates over a week ago and I have received my new order but haven't heard anything back about my refund yet.
They certainly will not go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
And in response to the above review I received the following email:

We did send you the refund on your order.
We were very disappointed with your feedback on Trustpilot , our items are very clearly described on our website, we never had any problem with other clients, everyone is always very happy with our products/ service
We appreciate if you can take your feedback away.
