I love this company! I’ve been following them on Instagram for years and I got a dress from them and wow is all I can say! The quality is amazing and it’s so comfy! The company remind me of oh polly but with a twist which I love! Can’t wait to order more

I recently won a beautiful dress through Instagram. I was so happy to receive this I tried it on and it’s absolutely stunning. I would say it’s a tad shorter than id like but I’m quite tall (5’8) apart from that the quality of this dress is amazing. I will definitely be ordering in the near future x

The dress I received was even more stunning in person, perfect for party season. The quality is amazing! I will be ordering more outfits from here in the future.

I’ve been looking for a retailer that stocks this style clothing in the UK for ages as all I find on IG are from the US & was really happy when I found DemiBlush! The quality is amazinggg & the items are very well made 😍 they hug the body perfectly yet are sooo comfy. My delivery came within a couple of days it was so quick! Couldn’t recommend enough

I got the “Paige black cross buckle mini dress” the quality is amazing, great fit and received very quickly! It’s very flattering and comfortable to wear.
I’ve also ordered the “Dolly black glitter rhinestone straps midi dress” for my Christmas party and I love it! I can’t wait to wear it! There’s so many lovely things on the website! I will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you so much! :)

Not happy with their service I didn't received my order on my expected ETA, now I'm unable to cancel it and refund my money

I ordered a beautiful black sparkly dress, the Sonia black glitter rhinestone dress: the dress itself is lovely, isn’t see through and fits lovely. But i wore it for the first time out tonight, without 2 hours the rhinestone straps broke! So I cannot wear it anymore. It isn’t too small as I have a small cup size & have lots of room in the dress. I am so sad they broke however because it is truly such a gorgeous dress!

This company is an utter disappointment.I ordered a dress from here over a week ago and have still not received it despite paying for next day delivery .I’ve tried to be understanding with regards to Demi blush having a 3rd party deliverer.However clearly if I’m paying for next day delivery that is what is expected and anything more then 2 days is unacceptable.When I raised these issues with Demi blush I was unaided by incompetent staff , Jenifer cooper the account manager and they showed no remorse nor did provide any resolution for my missing dress and not even a refund for the false advertisement of next day royal mail tracked delivery but instead a pathetic response to my enquiry.I will never by from this horrid fast fashion company again.Causrf me such an inconvenience don’t even have a contact number likely to avoid complaints such as mine.Birthday ruined dutty Demi blush.

This is my 3rd dress from Demi Blush and I am very happy customer. All dresses looks so beautiful and fits well. Amazing quality and good customer service. Fast delivery . Highly recommended :)

If I could give zero to this company I would. Ordered dress for my daughter, she worn for 3 hours and it’s fallen apart!! They will not refund as the dress has been worn even though it’s not fit for purpose. Contacted consumer rights and trading standards. Avoid this company

had an issue with one of the dresses that I ordered as it arrived faulty and it wasn’t dealt with very well initially by customer service- being told to fix it myself. However, I am pleased that now they have resolved it and offered me a refund with no extra charge. Need to have clearer returns policies but overall happy with my other items - lovely quality so would recommend giving them a try and Jenifer was very helpful, sorted the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would. Products are terrible and they blame you for their awful products. If you email them they take 6 months to reply.

Horrible customer service. I bought a dress from here, quality wasn’t great and it wasn’t what I was expecting. I emailed them within the 14 days to return and am still waiting for them to get back to me! I have chased and chased and messaged on Instagram but they’ve not responded. It’s been 3 months.

Stunning dresses, good quality and at a very reasonable price!

The fit is spot on, I recently wore the Kaitlyn brown glitter ruched dress and the Harley pink halter neck dress, which shaped really nicely around my body.

I will definitely be making more purchases! X

I am really disappointed with this company. They have lovely dresses however I’ve tried to order 3 times from them but my orders have been cancelled due to fraudulent.

I emailed them about this as I’m not sure why that’s happening. Then they sent me the following email ‘ Given that between the period of October - December 2021 you have returned 3 out of 4 orders, your account is treated as fraudulent by our system and thus your order cannot be fulfilled. A high number of deliveries, caused by having many orders returned, have a negative impact on the environment and our company is very environmentally conscious. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.’

I think this is ridiculous as it is an online company only so how am I suppose to know the sizing. And I always like to order multiple dresses so I have options and then plan on keeping one of them. Again I don’t see an issue with this as it’s an online store only.

AWFUL!!! i had bought a dress but when it came i was not happy with the quality for the price i payed and it was not appealing!! i then contacted them to refund it and send it back but had to pay £5 to return it just for them to email back saying i wasn’t in the time scale to send it back( i was i had 5 days left to send it back in time) so now i have to pay £3 to get back a £40 dress that is not worth the price!! do not order terrible customer service!! and also i’m only 13 so it was big to buy something so expensive to only have to pay more costs!!

Absolutely beautiful dresses & at amazing prices too!! Can’t wait to wear mine out next weekend ! Sizing is perfect too!
Will definitely buy again !
