I booked a test, and almost immediately decided to cancel, because I found out a PCR was no longer necessary to travel. They charge you up front, but then they only partially refunded me (-10€), because I did it less then 48 hours in advance. I did the booking the same day 5 minutes before. They claim it is their policy. They stole 10 euros from me for no reason. Stay away from Democratest!!!

We needed (3 of us) an antigen Covid Test to fly back home to the US. We made a reservation at the Democratest center on Diagonal Ave, a five minute walk from the Sagrada Famila. No lines, no hassles, results in our email in 30 minutes. Nice and polite staff, speak English. They charge 23 euros which is the best price in town.

The Service was excellent on all counts. Our appointment was for 12:15 for a family of three, and we finished by 12:20. The staff was warm and helpful and extremely professional. More importantly, when we tried to check in with the airline, we discovered that I had given Democratest an incomplete middle name for my daughter, which made checking in difficult. I emailed Democratest to ask them to send me a corrected form. They sent me the form within two minutes! We could not possibly receive better service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Barbaric is the only word that comes to mind not necessary what the guy done with the procedure, I had a pcr test with them in a different location than today which was fine today was crazy 43-45 riera cassoles avoid this clinic .

Avoid them 100%. I booked the slot at 7pm on Saturday: i arrived few minutes later and it was closed. I went back on Sunday morning ( they were supposed to be open at 9) and it was closed: i waited outside for one hour and a half. no answer at the phone whatsoever. I ended up paying another test at the airport: i have lost a lot of time and 25 euros.

The woman testing me at Lesseps is definitely one of the full on aggressive ones that try to scrape off something of your brain.. completely unnecessary to go so deep and actually dangerous.

Dont book an appointment with Democratest. The nurse told me I only have to wait 20minutes to get the results of the antigen test and in the internet it says you have it in 1 hour- I returned to the place where they have done the tests but they were closed and there was no one there. Finally I got them by mail but I had to wait almost 4 hours to get the result if the antigen test. I work in a pharmacy and I do the test, I know they only tale 15min.! Dont book them to fly-results wont arrive at time-also woth the pcr, friend of mine had to wait 36hours instead of 24hours as they promised.!!!!!

Booked a pcr in Lesseps for 14h. When I arrived there was a huge line and it was for both people with appointments and without. Have been waiting for 20 mins and barely moved. People are saying at the front they have been waiting hours even with appointment.

Arrived for my test, turns out there wasn’t any appointment in the system.

Was told to wait. 40 minutes later no one said anything whilst everyone else got their tests.

Asked what was happening and was told to sit down again.

10 mins later they found a way to give me my PCR - not sure why they couldn’t have done this in the first place?

Complained, got sass back and they sent me someone else’s results.

I performed an antigen test on Democratest and both the scheduling and the test itself were very easy and quick. Afterwards there was a problem with a date of birth on the document, which I admit might have been my fault, but through their online form they solved the problem promptly and effectively. Highly recommended

As Belgian tourists stranded in isolation in Valencia, my wife needed a Corona-PCR. With democratest (Clinica Levante) everything went perfectly. The online reservation and payment were easy, the test was taken swiftly and professionally, and the result was received by mail the next day even 45 minutes earlier than advertised.
I made my reservation for tomorrow.

Horrible customer service. This people are really tricky, after you pay for the test and Once you get there they tell you that you need to pay extra for a form that they are supossed to give to the customer. Stupid way to steal extra money from the customer. Not a good service at all.

I checked these ratings and reviews before booking and they almost made me avoid this test company so I just wanted to leave my experience, in case it is helpful to others. My experience was beyond easy, with zero issues. I'm sure all the centers are fine but I went to the Clinical Dental Sonrisas, Carrer d'Aribau, 153, 08036 Barcelona, so I can say, super nice facility, no waiting, and I had the antigen test results in under 15 minutes.

They charge you 2e for printing out stuff THEY need, and it’s stated in one of the emails they send and in Spanish only. Will never use it again

Made getting the PCR for my flight home super easy and accessable.

Avoid at all costs! They request full payment upfront, just to cancel on you less than 24hours before the appointment and charge YOU cancellation fees. They took 10 euros out of 60 euros for the test even if I did not cancel, and wrote numerous emails to explain the situation. That’s just theft.

Avoid if you dont want to be scammed by hidden charges for your PCR test. After all is booked you get a separate email apparently (their server doesnt even work sending to hotmail addresses) to print out and sign, if you dont have it they charge you to print it out at the centre - not a mention of it before you book. Unnecessary way to bleed more money out of everyone

Amazing customer service !!! I was in the airport and they told me about the QR of the PCR results and thankfully I have contacted them in some minutes they have answerd and send me all I needed for my flight.
