. I bought a bum bag that was never delivered and I can't contact anyone for refund as the contact email provided is not legit. They make you complete a form with your personal details so they can scam you more.
I ordered from this,as far as i am concerned, Fake website.
I paid , Got a confirmation,even got tracking details and eventually an confirmation of delivery. I did not receive any goods. I emailed via the fake email they provided. No.one replied of course.
In the end I had to get a refund via my credit card company .

This company is a total scam as said by all of the other reviews. the tracking was fake they make it look like it's going to be delivered but I have cameras all over my property and nothing was ever delivered I have sent over a dozen emails called the phone number nobody ever answers nobody returns messages and I never received my product.
Scam company. Bought a dress for my daughter's prom. Delivery said 7 days, I chased it weekly with the courier company and Demodress with no response, after 45 day, I raised a scam report with my bank and they have paid me back (via my insurance, not from the company). Avoid at all costs.
if i could give negative stars i would. answered initial question quickly, seemed responsive. placed order and nothing. no responses, reported them to shopify who could apparently do nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTAL SCAM.
Fraudulent company. Never received the order and their shipping company "Galaxy" is a scam - The listed phone number is wrong.
