Apparently, the only way to get in touch with anyone from this agency is via Google reviews because if not, there will be no responses to calls, messages, and emails. The house keys were asked to be handed over 20 days before the official move-out date and I have received an electricity bill for the days I didn't stay at the property (keys handed over to agent). I have been begging the agent to help me sort this even though it wasn't supposed to be my problem in the first place. He got involved for a bit and then disappeared. Extremely poor service.

If I could give him more stars I would! The only thing that I felt bad about when returning to our home after 10 years abroad was telling David we no longer needed him. We followed him from his previous company to when he set up on his own. He is extremely efficient, hands on, always available and has made the whole process of being landlords extremely stress free. Having dealt with larger companies in the past I can only say that this is definitely not always the case.

David guarantees a high standard service and he is available 24/7. He was able to accommodate every request that we made.

David is friendly and helpful to deal with, also very willing to listen to concerns and try to find practical solutions to any problems.
