This shop provides nice collection with good promotion.
Delivered fast and clean.

It’s the second time that I bought a jeans from Denimio, the customer service is great online! All my questions were answered quickly via chat and the enquiries by email were addressed quick. I received the jeans in few days, that was quick !
Overall, great shop and Japanese jeans from Denimio.

The team at Denimio went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fitting jeans. I bought some Japan Blue jeans and a Denime sweater, then immediately began to fret I bought the incorrect size so sent about 4 follow-up emails.
They put my order on hold, asked me for the measurements of my favourite jeans, and got back to me with the exact measurements taken from two pairs in the same size. The fact they took the extra time to do this demonstrates how dedicated they are to providing the best service.
This is all in addition to the incredible prices and free shipping. I'll definitely be purchasing from these guys again.

If you are looking to buy Japanese denim, Denimio has the best prices. Their shipping is fast and free (if you spend a certain amount, one pair of jeans will almost always be enough for free shipping), and their customer service is great.

I have bought clothing from them for a while now. Their pricing is always excellent. They always get the item ordered shipped quickly. And I find their customer service to be excellent. You must realize there is a time difference with Japan, so be aware when you send an email about a query. I will continue to use them as they are excellent.

Excellent service! I ordered a size 40 denim jacket and decided I needed a size 42 instead. I contacted customer service and they were able to exchange sizes just before shipping !
