Denis is a lovely owner ordered on Saturday evening and was delivered by Monday even with the bank holiday . Aftercare was great as he checked in to make sure we received and that all was okay.He also has a lovely driver named Nigel who delivered the furniture would highly recommend this company.
Horrible experience, ordered a mattress, came in the next day, so far so good, wrong mattress size just realised after opened the box, immediately contacted them and requested a swap, they told me they would do it ASAP, a month went by without response and being ignored on whatsapp. Got my wife on another phone number to contact them pretending to be a new customer nearby our area trying to make them come down with the correct mattress and it finally worked after a lot of sweat and stress, will never do business with them again.
