This company said my product was delivered, and I didnt recieve it! So far have waited ages, and have nothing to show for my money!

I ordered whitening products for my teeth August 15 was over 50$ and never even received a notification about my order but took the money out of my account, seems very scammy, not happy with this densyite website at all , reported it

Ordered off them the other day, agreed to pay 9.99 at checkout, they took more without my consent, now not responding to my email, is there a contact number?

This company is a Scam.
The items upu receive are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. When you request msds sheets they ignore you. DO NOT use the electrical item, I believe it poses a fire risk!
The spelling on the poor instructions is laughable. The product does not cure and peels straight off.
Interestingly on Facebook they promote themselves as an American company. Even send you postage confirmation from Jersey.
When the package arrives its from YANWEN . One of the biggest postal companies in China.
I have sent 7 emails back and forth. They will not acknowledge their lies or provide msds sheets. They offered £3 back on a £25 order. I refused wanting them to take back the items and refund, as per the consumer act and distance sellers act. They then offered £4 refund. Absolutely seething and disgusted. Facebook add trapped me.
Order gel nails from a trusted company.
Bought a nice starter set for £30 the the removal items were £20 to £40. I can now add gel nails when I choose safely. Sad thing is the items I now have are by far a better quality and shows me just how silly I was to order from a Facebook ad!

What I like the most about these shirts is that they have a thickness to them. Also the neck area fits good and not stretched out like some shirts. Pretty good shirts , I’m happy with them!

The shirt quality is excellent. Better than what I was expecting and better than normal print shirt quality.

Ordered these three weeks ago. Nothing delivered. Been in touch with them they are saying my delivery address was incomplete. This should have been spotted at the time. Door number missing. They are now wanting me to pay to have it re delivered. Poor customer service.

Damaged item, must have been faulty as broken instantly (as taking it out of package). Asked for replacement or refund with pics and was told simple told no. Reported to Facebook- but really do not use! Wish I'd checked trust pilot.

Absolutely terrible product, doesn’t work at all , and when emailed them all I was told was I can have £3 refund for compensation, stay away people very opt company and product!!

I ordered some nail gels and I got emails saying they were on the way to the UK and eventually they supposedly arrived at Oxford then a week later they were delivered in Bristol… Im not far from these places and I still haven’t received them and this was about 6weeks ago now 😡😡

It's a total con, wish I had googled them before ordering. I got totally sucked in by their Facebook page.
The satvee eye lids are cheap and don't work. They leave your eyes irritated and there is no leaflet to let you know what is on them.
The company send emails saying that the parcel is on its way from america, this is fake. The stickers inside clearly say made in China and the envelope stamps show they were posted in Ipswich England.
I have raised a complaint with my bank and will also raise through PayPal and report them to trading standards as these goods are not what is advertised and in my own opinion, from my skins reaction, totally unsafe to use on eyes.
Stay away at all costs

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHINESE NOT AMERICAN. ORDERED EYE LID LIFTS THAT WERE UTTER RUBBISH WHICH WERENT EVEN CLOSE TO THE ONES IN THE VIDEO. COULDNT EVEN GET THEM OFF THE PLATIC CARD. WAS OFFERED A REFUND OF £2. TOTAL CON.

Ordered 23/12/2022.
Received tracking number, never arrives.
Fortunately paid with credit card so will be raising refund with card company against Densitye.
Do NOT buy from them.

Update:- Raised dispute via PayPal. They are Chinese, don't believe the false information on the website making out they are in the USA.

Densitye respond via PayPal dispute to say the extra £9 is because I ticked shipping Insurance. There is no box to tick when ordering & it doesn't appear on the order but your card will have £9 more taken.. They have ignored the fact the products purchased have not been supplied. Dispute continues via PayPal

Update:- Now say shipping company is updating their tracking system, this is the problem. They don't say who shipping company is. Again just lies. Dispute continues via PayPal.

Update 25th Feb:- Same as others report and only £9 is offered to settle the dispute via Paypal not the full £53, despite not supplying the goods. Offer rejected. On we go.

Update 27th February
They respond by saying I must wait for the goods, they can not refund. When I receive goods I can send back.
Over 2 months waiting for the ordered product on a delivery period stated as 7-15 days for international
shipping.
I don't think so Mr Chinese scammers.
PayPal dispute continues.

28th Feb. The company is refusing to refund. Now referred to PayPal to settle.

Update:- 23/03/2023
So my dispute has been closed by Paypal as these con artists have provided a tracking delivery they claim is the items. Raising another dispute through PayPal I will be leaving them too.
Just dont buy anything from these scammers.

Ordered the steampunk lamp, it arrived quickly. Product was cheaply made and over priced, and came missing a vital piece for the assembly. Customer service dis nothing to help and suggested i give the product away as a gift to someone if I'm not happy with it.

Do NOT buy from them especially the eyelid lifting strips. Absolute con job - you could probably make them yourself. Waste of money. Please spread the news and don’t let them rip other people iff

Ordered on 14th Nov and was given tracking etc, then on the 12th Dec the shipping info stopped and when asking the company they said to be patient and three times I got the same exact message. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all
