You should have gotten an email from the Carrier with your plan information already. (Often we find it hidden away in a junk mail folder.) Either way, we'll reach out and make sure you've got what you need.

It's very clear on website. But it should be explained a little more what the no wait or wait means. I thought I can't make an appointment right away but it was about the insurance coverage.

Phone agent was warm, witty & very helpful.

Phone agent was warm, witty and very helpful (I was having trouble with my internet so called the 800#.) She made sure I had the policy I had selected on-line and checked to make sure my on-line application (w/ CC info, etc) hadn't gone through. She was a delightful person - a rarity when dealing with insurance companies.
