Please stay clear of DENTAL WISE in Antalya . There dentistry is absolutely shocking I payed them thousands of pounds for crowns over my teeth, 1st visit was ok had implants and a few extractions , my 2nd visit was a shambles DENTAL WISE booked me in for the beginning of April for my finals when I arrived the clinic was shut for Eid even tho they confirmed the booking dates . So my treatment would start on the Wednesday only leaving them two days before I return home which didn’t add up . Anyways I trusted them to finish the procedure in the three days so was happy to continue. What I didn’t realise dental wise extracted all my teeth as an alternative due to being closed and not enough time . They said my teeth were unhealthy which wasn’t the case .
My health as suffered due to this made me very unwell causing me anxiety and depression. I went back again in July for my bridges and was given a denture instead which was so uncomfortable so poorly made it was shocking the bite was off my gums became sore and inflamed but dental wise stood by there work saying I would get use to it , two months later the pain and discomfort was awful since this fitted I’ve been informed many members were fired due to there poor work and communication with there patients . so DENTAL WISE realised there were problems and there work was below standard yet threatened me with court action If I shared my story . DENTAL WISE took over £11.000 pounds of me for shocking below average work and I’ve not been offered any refund , I’ve since gone elsewhere and now been informed two of my implants have not been placed incorrectly into the bone so leaving two only 50% in and the rest exposed which means they could fail in the future . I’ve informed DENTAL WISE of this and there told me I won’t be getting my implant warranty sent as promised. I’ve finally got the work fixed at yet more expense and the work is amazing I’ve finally got what I payed for and couldn’t be happier .
My mental health the past 9 months as been pushed to the limit I’ve had depression & anxiety and real dark days not wanting to leave the house .
DENTAL WISE don’t care about you or any problems once there got your money . Any body going to DENTAL WISE beware of there lies and poor dentistry .

All the dentists were absolutely lovely people no pain whatsoever slight feeling of what they were doing so they gave me extra numb even after I was saying it wasnt pain they didn't want me to be in any discomfort! Due to unforeseen family issues I had to cancel my return trip , I was told that I could not make this change and had to travel !!! After a very straight to the point conversation with the coordinator …
I bluntly said wasn’t coming back at the planned time for the reasons given , they still insisted that I couldn’t make the change as doctor and clinic was all set up .

I just wanted to delay but now I’m thinking differently . Not what I had hoped the response was going to be
Anyway I have delayed and looking to rebook flights but need to think long and hard about my choice .

The service and care I received from dental wise was excellent.
The process was explained right from the start.
I am so happy with the results and I can not recommend these guys enough

I had an amazing experience with dental wise, even with all the problems I thought I had they was extremely patient and helped me through all my treatment. I would highly recommend them if you want excellent results for any dental work to improve your life.

⭐️ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Avoid for Implants and Crowns

I want to share my very negative experience with Dental Wise Antalya, hoping it helps others avoid the same mistake.

About 10 months ago, I came to them for full-mouth restoration. Originally, I wanted to remove all my teeth and get an All-on-4/6 solution. After their examination, they strongly advised me not to extract my remaining teeth but instead keep the old ones, place implants on the sides, and fit crowns on everything. I trusted their “expert” advice — big mistake.

On my first visit, they did extractions, implants, sinus lift, and bone grafting — six implants in total. That part seemed fine and healed well, although they fit their own Turkish brand implants without any other options..The real nightmare started with the crowns.

👉 Poor Quality Materials: The porcelain-metal crowns feel cheap, thick, and unnatural. They grind against each other, feel bulky, and make chewing uncomfortable and awkward — nothing like my old crowns, which felt like real teeth.

👉 Terrible Fit: From day one, I made it clear I needed gaps for flossing due to periodontal disease. They promised I’d be able to use interdental brushes. This was completely ignored — the crowns are jammed together with no gaps. As a result, I can’t clean properly, leading to constant discomfort and gum problems.

👉 No Support, Just Blame: When I raised these problems, the clinic didn’t take responsibility. Instead, they blamed my old root canals and posts — even though it was their recommendation to keep my old teeth in the first place.

👉 Pain and Emergency Fixes: I tried for months to adapt but couldn’t. The crowns feel alien and make me clench my jaw, a problem I never had before. Four days ago, my gums became severely inflamed around the implant area. An emergency dentist found the crowns were poorly designed with no space between the gum and crown — meaning this problem will keep coming back. And now I am on 7 days antibiotic course.

👉 My Friend’s Experience: To make matters worse, my friend came with me and got one zirconia crown done — it fell off in six weeks and had to be redone back in the UK.

Summary: Maybe they’re fine for simple fillings, but for crowns and implants — absolutely not. They use cheap materials, rush the work, ignore patient concerns, and don’t stand behind their mistakes.
It cost me £7000 and now I have to redo them. But I will never go to them.

Avoid Dental Wise Antalya if you care about your teeth, money, and health.

I've been back and for the dentist for years. Although I had a dental plan with 4 check ups a year there were always problems and it was expensive. I wanted a permanent solution. After a lot of online research and watching YouTube videos I decided to go with Dental Wise. During the first visit I had 4 teeth extracted, 9 Straumann Implants and a sinus lift. It was all done in about 90 minutes with minimum discomfort. I returned 4 months later and had 28 Zirconium Crowns fitted. This included replacing my existing crowns to ensure that all of the crowns matched. Most of the time during the second visit is spent ensuring that the end result will be perfect. I had 4 appointments during the week. I'm very happy to say that the end result was perfect. All of the other patients that I met were very happy with their treatment. A number of them had received recommendations by someone they knew. I would highly recommend Dental Wise.

I had 28 zirconia crowns and 3 fillings done at Dental Wise Antalya, and the experience was exceptional. Dt. Koray Kaya carried out my treatment—he was fast, professional, and clearly a perfectionist. All prep was done in under 2 hours, with a few short visits to fit temps and final crowns.

Asil was also brilliant—he guided me through the whole process, explained each step clearly, and made me feel totally at ease.

The clinic is spotless, modern, and extremely hygienic. Everyone speaks great English, and the standards are higher than anything I’ve seen in the UK. They offer a 7-year guarantee, free 6-month check-ups, and prices that are far better than back home. I wouldn’t go back to a UK dentist after this. Highly recommended.

Hiya guys if you are reading this review you are obviously doing your research,i will tell you about my journey with dentalwise. My pal recommended them as he had just had his teeth done and they looked incredible I got in touch and had a consultation over the phone I supplied photographs of my existing teeth and within two days a plan had been drawn up.
My first visit was on the 1st of January when i went for an implant,to say I was nervous was an understatement but a young man named Asil put me at my ease and said not to worry I was given a small pill as a slight sedative which worked wonderfully the work was carried out in no time and with no pain whatsoever! I went home two days later and returned on the 20th of April again met at the airport by a luxury minibus driven to the Lara hotel which was more than adequate. first thing the next day I had my pick up and appointment I again had a small sedative and the dentist explained what would happen, I would be in the chair for two hours which would have sounded daunting but I can assure you it was over in no time at all I had a cast taken and temporary teeth fitted. the next day I returned and had another set of temps fitted back to the hotel for a bit of sunbathing I was called back on the Wednesday afternoon and had my new teeth fitted I had made the colour choice and style two days prior and I can honestly say the natural smile and colour choice which Asil helped with was absolutely spot on I was back in the chair for an hour or so and when it was finished I was handed a mirror and asked to smile and the smile was perfect, exactly what I wanted I went back to the hotel then called back on Saturday for a final checkup I have nothing but praise for this organisation they are so proffesional so courteous and so considerate I would give them a ten out of ten and would recommend them to anyone and I would like to say a big thank you to Asil and Hira for their meet and greet and being so helpful

My personal experience with Dentalwise was nothing short of excellent the care and treatment I received could not be faulted nor could it have been better their care and attention was excellent Hira & Asil could not have been more attentive any questions or concerns I had before and during my treatment were dealt with so professionally I was kept at easy at all times I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Me and my dad highly recommend this company, my dad had the all on 6 implants his first appointment was a year ago and they have shown us continued support through my dads journey and have always made sure his stay was as comfortable as possible. Asia and hira have always been on hand to answer question and reassure us my dad has now had his implants for over 6months and is really happy with them. Plenty of options and styles to choose from when choosing your teeth. My dad chose the natural option and they look lovely. A huge thank you to all the staff, doctors and nurses working alone side each other in a very clean and positive environment.
