Implants

I started my treatment in December and was finished today 30th April.
I can't fault any of the service I received
From the reception staff waiting room staff to the dentist everyone treats you really well and always friendly
I had 15 teeth out under sedation and ive personally had a pain free experience i would highly recommend dentaprime to anyone looking for implants at a very good price
The aftercare is second to none as they really care and value you well done to the whole company and everyone that helped relax me from my anxiety I really had nothing to worry about 5 stars all the way❤️

I had implant surgery last March my regrets a year later.

I had implant surgery last March what they call all on six upper jaw only.
I went for the cheaper option choosing "PMMA" instead of the much more expensive option of Zirconia,
After only one year my bridge-work cracked, I payed for the obligatory six month checkup where the dental surgeon found the original fitting had not been done correctly which caused an imbalance in my bite which over time caused the crack to develope.
Dentaprime do not cover cracked "PMMA" In the so called guarantee even if the crack developed due to incorrect fitting.
I'm afraid it's just a lottery, the luck of the draw if you get a good surgeon or just a it's Friday and I want to get home lazy one.
The one thing to remember is DON'T LEAVE THE PRACTISE IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY AT THE END OF YOUR TREATMENT, ounce you leave you're on your own.
I spent just over 5000 uk pounds, went through very painful surgery and I'm know left with a crack bridge.
They just want your money, think long and hard before you sign up.
Ps one of my installed pins was drilled too deep caused me a lot of pain.

ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS


To date, my previous emails have gone completely unanswered. Furthermore, the tone of the last four communications received from your side was highly dismissive, disrespectful, and lacked the basic courtesy expected in professional correspondence.
I do not agree with the position stated in your last message, especially given the disregard for the points I have previously raised.
Please provide a comprehensive and respectful response to my outstanding inquiries definitely lack of seriousness and professionalism and care ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS - NO ETHICS, ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY
This is reply to your answer to my review which you have sent me a letter left me with no option you’ve left me without completed. Treatment you told me I cannot have the Treatment you told me that things was incorrect and I should go somewhere else you have left me with pain with awful experience nothing to say but it’s a disaster experience and people should do their investigation and their research
Dental Prime are absolute liars. They are not what they seem at all. They have lied, and lied, and lied again. I urge anyone thinking of going there to do your full research first, because this place is a total disaster.

They give the impression of being professional and adequate, but the reality is completely different. This practice provides misleading information and carries out inadequate procedures. They kept me suffering in pain for a whole year, causing severe damage to my physical health, mental health, and emotional well-being.

They are completely incompetent and do not practice what they preach regarding work ethics. The information they provide to patients is misleading and dishonest. When you call, you speak to switchboard operators in Bulgaria, and they operate in a completely unprofessional manner.

They misled me from the start, claiming they could provide the treatments I needed, only to later admit they could not fulfil the work. In fact, the last surgeon I saw even told me honestly that they couldn't do it and suggested I go to Harrly Street because they simply do not have the facilities or capability to do the job properly. The dr he even told let me soeack to the management let me see if I can give you some money you can go somewhere else he’s a Greek without me named his name. He’s totally an ethical dishonest and professional and he lied to me all the way and dishonest even offered me money to go elsewhere halfway through the procedures! They took me on knowing they couldn't deliver, purely to take my money.

It is disgusting how they operate. They advertise low costs to lure you in, but as soon as you are in the system, they start putting the prices up and "milking" you for every penny before you even get the treatment. It is all about profit, nothing else.

I suffered for a whole year in pain. I had so many issues with my dentures, having to wait weeks for replacements. I had infections and had to wait for my gums to heal while they did nothing. I emailed them in distress and my emails were completely ignored. When issues arose, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me! They demanded my medical records to try and prove something was wrong with me, I provided everything they asked for, yet they were still completely inadequate and failed to provide the care I paid for.

They constantly asked me for different information and documents that I had already provided many times, just to delay things.

After taking a huge amount of money from me and delivering zero results, they then told me they could not do my implants and refused to give me a second chance. Worse than that, they had the audacity to accuse me of being rude, when the reality is I was upset because they destroyed my health and caused me so much suffering.

I recall turning up for an appointment and being told on the spot that they were running an hour late with no prior notice. Yet, two weeks prior when I called to cancel because I was genuinely ill with severe stomach pain, they demanded medical evidence that I was unwell. It is all about control and profit, not patient care.

They are incompetent, unethical, and dishonest. They have caused me severe damage physically, mentally, and emotionally. They kept me suffering, ignored my health, and treated me terribly.

I will not let this go. I am taking this all the way to the Medical Council, through legal action, and I will fight until I get my money back and compensation for the damage they have caused me. They are an absolute disaster and should not be allowed to provide treatment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Uneconomical with the truth, broken promises and still owed the £299

I had an appointment on Friday 20th March 2026with a view to having full mouth implants. I'm from the Midlands so it was a long way to travel but I felt worthwhile due to Dentaprime's pricing and expertise in this area. Prior to my appointment I was given parking advice which was accurate and very welcome, the building was very easy to find and the staff very friendly and helpful. Internally the practice is extremely and highly equipped. Having had the scan and other medical checks which was at an upfront cost of £50 I then had a consultation as to what the proposal for the Dental work and cost would be. At this stage I did tell Sam the consultant that the proposal wasn't exactly what I was looking for, however we agreed that I would take some time to consider my option to move forward or not over the next couple of days or so. With this I was told that to keep the option open I would have to pay a fully refundable £299 there and then, even though I was given full assurance I reluctantly I paid the £299 as I was also conscious that my parking time was running out.
On arriving home in the evening I read the agreement and policy documents only to notice that that the £299 was only refundable for three working days, something that was completely overlooked during my discussion earlier in the day, so I emailed Dentaprime to say that I would not be going ahead with the proposed treatment and would like a full refund in line with the written policy. I have since emailed and phoned Dentaprime several times only to be promised a full refund, even giving my bank details again but no refund as of yet. My last communication was an email on 7th April saying that I would receive a refund within 14 day's. Guess what, still no refund...

Overall I have no issues with Dentaprime, the communication, onsite staff, location and impressive building ect were fine and I can't comment on the quality of the actual treatment as I obviously haven't had any, BUT as they were economical with the truth and unfulfilled promises unfortunately I would not be able to recommend using Dentaprime.

Sorry Dentaprime but you have let yourself down...

Hi Gurns and Boys....part 2.

Sorry about title, I couldn't resist it,lol. This is my advice, and is also my apology...to summarise on my review 2 days ago... 3. All the reviews are correct, but pay attention to the stage of treatment, when they wrote it. 4. UNLESS YOUR SAT IN CHAIR, WITH A MASK ON, YOU ARE SPEAKING TO A SALESPERSON, WITH NO DENTAL KNOWLEDGE. The disconnect between anybody you speak to, and the expert opinion of the Implantologist is as fundamental as it is intentional. 5. The CT scanner ( aka Darth CT - P0) is a top Scapegoat, and will be first to betray you. 6. If, like me, and out of respect, don't think it's your place to question the surgeon.....WALK AWAY. The Surgeons just do what they are told..and is truly very good. 7. Beware of that damed scanner. Before you know it, in preparation for fixed teeth, they will literally cut your top gums open, and scrap away good bone on one side, to level it with the other.. THIS WAS MY FIRST MAJOR ALARMBELL. 8. When you return 2 weeks later,..CT -P0 will demand a sinus lift, due to the bone loss, and they will pump you face full of a filler, which will then take 3 months to harden enough to drill into for implants. 9. You will be given dentures, just like your dentist did....but they do fit fab, fair play...10. implants will take 6 months to " mate "with the bone.,.another 6 months of that denture. 11. THE TEMPORY FIXED TEETH, ARE NOTICEABLY BETTER QUALITY THAN THE FINISHED PRODUCT!!!. Only at the end do you realise this, and no, they are not in the original price. ( The actual teeth are never part of the quote). You pay in advance before the upcoming 3 appointments. 11. AFTER ALL THE PREP WORK, FIXED TEETH MIGHT BE A PROBLEM....
BUT YOU CAN HAVE " REMOVABLE DENTURES "....THIS IS THE BIGGEST Financial CON OF ALL !!!. EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD OVER THE TOP PREP WORK DONE...THEY WILL HAVE THE CHEEK TO CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR THE LESS DESIRABLE, REMOVABLE ONES....EVEN THOUGH YOUVE, BY NOW, ALREADY PAID FOR THE FIXED TEETH. 12. Overall, expect to pay almost 75% MORE than your original price. 13. The reason they can offer a cheaper price ( of course to begin with)is because they 3d print your teeth onsite, and that's good, right?, wrong..that means they have their own standards, and legally, can't be compared to company's who specialise in making false teeth. 14. Tip... THERE IS NO REASON, WHATSOEVER, WHY YOUR TREATMENT PLAN WOULD CHANGE FROM YOUR DESIRED, FIXED TEETH...TO " IMPLANTED REMOVABLE DENTURES", AT THE LAST STINT OF TREATMENT. THE SURGEON TOLD ME THAT, ONLY BECAUSE I ASKED, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE. And that is my biggest gripe. I ended up paying £15000 for top and bottom. The bottom are fixed, but the top are removable when they didn't have to be. I told them ( the saleswoman) in person when they changed plan, that removable anything is beside the point of my reasons to be there in the first place!!!. Look folks, the actual dental work, I promise is great...and that is the opinion of my local dentist, who performs an £80 checkup every 6 months, to keep my dentaprime guarantee going. ( My dentist also asked me why the hell, after sinus lifts, bone augmentation, 6 implants have I got the bog standard removable ones. AGAIN, THIS LAST ONE IS IMPERATIVE TO KNOW, FOR 100% OF FUTURE CUSTOMERS. ok people, my conscious is clear, and I expect a reward from karma for my unconditional true advice. If you only spoke to qualified Implantologists from the start, or indeed, at all at Dentaprime, and they upped the quality of the product ( at very little cost, I might add), they would be one of the best in the world..,.but they won't. This is for you, Dentaprime.,.make these changes, before it becomes public knowledge that total toothless is a death sentence, and the public will be paying no £15000 for less than 8 hours work from human hands. Also.,...stop taking the piss.

I can not recommend Dentaprime enough

I can not recommend Dentaprime enough, I did my research on plenty of company’s here and abroad and I’m so glad I went with Dentaprime for my full mouth implants. I had conscious sedation which was carried out very well. I wasn’t keen on my temporaries but I understand they are just there to make sure your implants take which is the most important part of this process. When I went back for my finals Dr Pental listened to everything I wanted and she delivered everything I hoped for. My finals are amazing and comfortable. For a company in England their prices are very good, and I know I have an amazing team of dentists an hour away from me if I need them. All of the staff were friendly helpful and so kind when you were anxious ,can’t thank them enough for my smile

Nothing can be changed. They are proper fraud, but on higher level and everyone dared to go there can sense it. Do not get bamboozeled by the equipment, the biulding or on a glance the polite staff .

By the book dental misconduct. Chargind for masses of jobs never done in your mouth, expecting patients are stupid and will never figure it out before they cover up the mess eventually on the next visit, or even worse - you'll have to be milked by them for the rest of your life, becoming exhausted and totally botched, very angry person. Selling under the counter antibiotics, which are not approved for English market at all.
I am seven months living with the massive complications and no teeth, thanks the "professionals" Dentaprime. Official complain written over a month ago - of course no response, why botter?!
Withholding even all my money, but provided me with a long receipt with charges for extracting originally nonexisting teeth in my mouth, even cleaning them beforehand, than implanting more implants than in presense...absolute disaster!
Please, do not go there. Those people are nasty and seriously unscrupulous individuals!
Have no shame or fear of God. Money doesn't smell to them and the confidence in their actions or omissions can only prove I am not the first and won't be last to suffer.
I am taking them to court, no doubt.

DENTAPRIME Proceed with extreme caution.

DENTAPRIME – Avoid
I wrote a long account on Dentaprime and their questionable procedures but it was a very bad experience and too awful to bore you with so I’ve modified it below.
Relentless sales calls every few days should have been my first warning. My own dentist advised: “Don’t use anyone who keeps calling you.” I ignored that advice—big mistake.
I was explicitly told (twice, because I asked twice and I was tired of their calls) that I would get my deposit back if I chose not to proceed with their treatment. Their verbal terms were misleading, and key conditions—like the 24-hour withdrawal window and losing the deposit—were not explained. I hadn’t thought of needing the scan afterwards but during the assessment I was told the scan would be sent to me as I’d paid for it! News to me! Many clinics give free consultations and when the scan didn’t turn up 10 days later, I went through their bot-like receptionists, and asked why. They said I’d get the image “that afternoon or by the next day”. Later they said it may be up to 30 days, but unlikely. Also news to me, and what I didn’t realise was that other clinics won’t use x-rays or scans that are over a month old. Sometimes I was put on hold or put through to Germany(!) for a long period - and then cut off. It actually arrived 32 days after I’d been told they’d be sent to me (and missing some info.) How nasty is that of Dentaprime who must know that? From one arduous call to the next was painful, and I agree with a previous review that says there is no valid “aftercare” and the that Dentaprime are only after you for your money. I’d say there is simply no care once they have your deposit. It’s a slick, unethical operation behind a grand facade to entice you in.
What started as a quoted £1,250 suddenly jumped to over £7,100 after their assessment. I never even saw a dentist—only a salesperson pushing expensive treatment. Other clinics later disagreed with Dentaprime’s findings, which raises very serious concerns. All clinics can have their opinions but the other quotes were £1,000s less and none could find all of what Dentaprime said needed doing.
The so-called “free assessment” isn’t free. You pay a deposit, which you effectively lose. They later claim you’ve “bought” the X-rays—something never made clear upfront.
Worse still, I was expecting my X-rays within a day. How much time does it take to send emails? Over a month later, I was still chasing them, getting vague responses, broken promises, and no accountability. Calls go nowhere and staff are clearly scripted, just like robots. When it did arrive the password that I relayed to the other clinics of which only one could open the scan. It felt like I’d been in a bit-part remake of George Orwell’s 1984. It feels like a system designed to pressure you into staying—delays and withheld information make it harder to walk away.
Behind the glossy office is a sales-driven operation with opaque and questionable practices.
None of what I say can be disputed as I noted everything as they happened but it was pages long.
I've sent this after assessing other clinics findings though I went there in February.

Proceed with extreme caution.

This place is outstanding

This place is outstanding, my wife had top class service from beginning to end. All of the staff are really kind and helpful. It is super modern inside and spotlessley clean, you even have to put shoe covers on and sanitise hands before going in. We have one more stage in a few months then the treatment will be complete. Very impressed so far. Many thanks

Brilliant Dentaprime Surgeon

Just had teeth-in-a-day performed on my bottom jaw by Dr Soroush and his assistant. What an amazing Dental Surgeon!!! He made me feel so at ease with his calm manner and sense of humour. I had the whole bottom jaw teeth removed and never felt any pain. His assistant was also extremely kind and attentive, making my experience much easier to manage - thank you so much. Dr Soroush, you are the best 🌟 Spending two and a half hours in a dental chair can be quite daunting though because of your skill and professionalism the time just flew by. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Dental implants

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Doctors/dentists carrying out the work provided clear explanations of what they were going to do and provided excellent treatment. Every effort was taken to ensure having the implants placed and other work carried out was painless and as pleasant an experience as possible.

CONFLICTED!

The service was great, the staff inside were amazing but appointments were quite messed about, after travelling for 5 hours to London they without telling you until you arrived it had changed and then not allowing you into the building!
Also payment was aggressive, demanding it quickly, I was contacted for payment before even leaving London after appointments and getting refunds are IMPOSSIBLE!!. I paid for 3 teeth cleans but only had 1 done as not needed. I've been chasing my refund since February and getting nothing but delays and told only 1 person can help me and he's not available! 1 person in a company this size!!!!!
My dentist was AMAZING he was gentle, kind, caring and puts the rest of the company to shame to be honest. He and the nurses were amazing. But the call centre staff and payment department are impossible to deal with. Abrupt and rude. I will need to have Zirconia teeth in the future and am now very conflicted if I should use again.
I think the performance of the dentist and nurses does outweigh the bad experience with payments & appointments but still very off putting to use again. I won't be using again if I don't get my refunds soon!!!!

Aggressive Upselling

Called to make enquiries regarding extraction of a cracked tooth to be replaced with an implant and crown. Unfortunately there was aggressive upsell to replace a couple of teeth on the other side that have been missing for approx 15 years and don't cause any problems and their representative also told me.it is thir policy not to remove a healthy tooth. I don't think a cracked tooth is a healthy tooth?

When teeth are missing for a prolonged period of time, the jawbone in that area can begin to deteriorate through a natural process called bone resorption. This happens because the jawbone is no longer being stimulated by the missing teeth.

Over time, this can also affect the surrounding area and the adjacent teeth, potentially weakening their support. Our main focus is always on preserving natural teeth and protecting the jawbone wherever possible, which is why our colleagues discussed treatment options based on medical considerations.
