I can highly recommend this dental clinic!
The quality of the dental work was exceptional, with hardly any pain throughout the entire treatment. The doctors were extremely professional, and the results exceeded my expectations by far.
I came to the clinic for dental implants in both my upper and lower jaws, and from the very beginning I felt I was in excellent hands.
Not only was the dental treatment outstanding, but so was the entire experience. Everything was perfectly organized—from the limousine airport pick-up and transfers to the warm welcome at the clinic and the excellent hotel they recommended for my stay.
I would especially like to thank Ennis, the patient coordinator. From my very first email inquiry until the completion of my treatment, Ennis was always available, incredibly kind, and happy to answer every question. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
I am sincerely grateful to the whole team for their outstanding work, professionalism, and hospitality. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend this clinic to anyone considering dental treatment. They truly deserve a five-star rating.

I originally had implants done and the initial standard of dental surgery was really good. Then top set broke and I had to return, they fitted a metal plate in under teeth. Then once again top set broke so I returned again and less than two weeks later it broke again. This wasn't due to biting on anything hard I literally bit into a jelly sweet. I've lost time off work and had to pay for flights and hotels. I've now has to pay to attend an alternative provider to get my teeth sorted at an additional cost to myself who informed me that the dentures were of poor standard

I had high hopes for my treatment with Dentares Smile Clinic in Antalya. There are many talented people working there, but a series of miscommunication has ultimately resulted in them cutting me off. It makes sense in a way because the treatment was not going smoothly. The first surprise was when they had the lab fuse neighboring crowns without informing me that four of the crowns would be fused into two. At no point in discussing the treatment plan was I made aware of this. I explained that was not what I expected and that cleaning fused crowns as well as any future work would be much more difficult and costly. The doctor agreed and sent the fused crowns back to the lab to fabricate individual crowns.

At this point I was seeing red flags and felt the need to also express my concern that the new crowns meet the gum line after I noticed a gap under one of the fused crowns. Unfortunately by now the doctor had lost patience and hastily affirmed whatever I said before the interpreter could join and make sure she understood my concern. The next appointment with the individual crowns, but it just so happens the same location had a gap and the crown was cemented. The doctor said she asked my confirmation of each new crown, but with all the tension about asking for but also relief the crowns were no longer fused, I do not recall confirming their fit.

Then between the appointments, it struck me to mention how it did not seem right to leave a gap where the root of the tooth was exposed. I had to replace a different crown because the gum had receded and believe this was a valid concern. Then the three of us actually sat down for a chat, and when I was explaining my apprehension, at a certain point the doctor stood up with a heavy sigh and put on her operating hat as my interpreter was telling me she will do the work she was just advising against.

My interest was mainly in discussing a plan more than an spontaneous decision because immediately I was back in the chair with her now working with noticeable frustration and urgency. I remember the minute before the discussion stopped, I had thought about how the crown was cemented on a root canal that was performed not many months before and how it may be delicate. But at this point she was repeatedly striking her sliding hammer attempting to pull the crown off as I was having the sensation the entire tooth was coming lose.

As I was working to prepare for and plan how I will finish my original treatment plan, my interpreter verified my email when asked about the possibility of receiving my imagery. But after all my anticipation that this provider would be in my corner regarding my present and ongoing care, their silence strongly confirms the opposite. Overall and in the end, not delivering a response to a former patient seems to be indicate a lack of basic professionalism.

Our Experience at Dentares Dental Clinic, Antalya (Lara Region)

Our friends recommended Dentares Dental Clinic in Antalya, Lara region. Last September my husband came for his treatment – he had his teeth covered with zirconium crowns. It only took one visit and five days. The result was amazing – his smile looked perfect!

After seeing that, we decided it was time for me to check my teeth too. I have always had a fear of dentists, and honestly, I had really neglected my teeth. But when I saw my husband’s new smile, I felt a bit of “white envy,” and he told me: “Come on, face your fear – you can do it.”

I won’t lie – when I walked into the reception, I was very nervous. But as soon as I entered Dentares, everyone welcomed me so warmly and kindly that I immediately felt comfortable, like I’d been there many times before.

I had a full scan and tomography, followed by a consultation with the amazing Dr. Burch, who explained everything clearly and created my treatment plan.

In May this year, I came back for surgery. Even though my flight was delayed, the clinic’s transfer driver waited for me and greeted me with a smile. During the operation, six molar roots were removed, eight implants placed, a large cyst cleaned, and a sinus lift performed.

The scariest part was just sitting in the chair. But my surgeon was so professional, gentle, and compassionate – she explained every step to help me stay calm.

After the operation, I felt tired (probably from the stress and anesthesia), but after some rest, my husband and I were already walking around beautiful Lara that evening 🫶🏻. My medications were delivered directly from the pharmacy to the clinic – everything was perfectly organized.

After a check-up, I went back home and returned four months later, in October, for the second stage. Again, I was welcomed so warmly by everyone – Dr. Burch, the wonderful Svetlana (who speaks English, Turkish, and Russian fluently), Dr. Beiza, who is incredibly gentle and great with patients who have dental anxiety, and the lovely nurse Daria.

Then came the preparation for prosthetics and several fittings. Our biggest wish was to make my smile look as natural as possible – and they made it happen 100%! When the final day came, I had tears of joy in my eyes.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to Dentares Dental Clinic for this unforgettable experience, for giving me back my smile, the ability to enjoy food again, the comfort, confidence, and for helping me overcome my fear.

I booked in on his recommendation and I was not disappointed. The communication was fantastic from all the staff. The clinic was clean and modern and much more than I anticipated. My treatment on my first visit was to remove teeth and have my implants put in, which to my suprise went really well and without any pain. 11 months later I returned for my final fit, which I could not be any happier with. But all the team at Dentares in Antalya were so supportive. They made us both feel really relaxed and welcome. We both had our treatment and yes it was painful at first but it honestly didn’t last long. The team at Dentares supported us all through our treatment the clinic was spotless. The staff were all friendly and the cost of the treatment was very reasonable. Better than what England wanted to charge. We have now both been back in Feb 2025 for our yearly check up. I cannot recommend the team at Dentares enough. I am so happy with my final results. I truly tell everyone i meet about where i got my teeth done.
However after treatment from Dr Oykum and his team i felt so happy and genuinely couldnt stop smiling. Every picture now i show off my teeth.
I was welcomed with open arms and fantastic aftercare. Svetlana and the team communicated through whatapp with pictures and a treatment plan for longevity and overall good health for my gums and teeth. They are very helpful and kind towards you from the beginning.
From the first moment you decide to have your treatment you can contact them with any queries you may have also they keep you up-to-date with whats happening their end, this last all through your treatment.
Everything is so clean and tidy, no problems there at all.
You are picket up and returned to the airport and same from hotel to Dentares, all this with hotel included in price.

I have been to this clinic, located in Lara for 3 implants and 6 crowns. I am happy for most of the work and the relation between both sides, apart from the front upper teeth there is a gap between the palate and the teeth structure. The price have changed from what was agreed 1st, they advised me to file all my teeth and put all crowns as more profit in it for the clinic, but when I asked my fried dentist in the UK, he advised that my teeth are healthy and I don't need to ruin them. The staff were all good, the drivers were all polite and helpful.

On June 2nd 2024, I decided to go the same clinic for 25 zirconium crowns. On the initial day of treatment there was clear tension in the air between some of the dental staff.
During the preparation/shaving process a male colleague entered the room and started a heated debate with the female dr during the preparation of my teeth for crowns. At this moment my anxiety was internally rising, with doubts of what I was doing to my teeth, what was being said, made worse with the language barrier challenges, and the general lack of professionalism being displayed in front of a patient. My anxiety heightened when I heard them discussing 7 root canals, then 11 root canals. There were “No” consultations ie root canals prior to shaving, exposing the nerves, to warrant so many, in order to get alignment on my healthy teeth post X-ray. Had there been complete transparency I would have been able to make an informed choice before moving forward.
I was then taken to a room to say that I would need to pay an extra £1000, after my teeth had been shaved and before treatment was finished. I wonder what would have happened had I not had the resources to pay? Would they have taken my initial payment and let me leave the clinic with shaven teeth? This whole process up until now had made me regret my decision. I found this process to be unethical and insensitive and I was clearly upset and distressed. My husband tried to comfort me by trying to assure me that everything would be okay.
Fast forward three weeks, I have experienced significant issues ie large gap above bridge and movement in the adjoining crown. The following week, I developed a gum infection. On flagging my issues, the surgery responded by stating I was in the settling in period and my gums would grow and hold my crowns, use salt water etc.
Even as a non professional this advice didn’t seem logical, so I followed my gut instinct and made an emergency appointment with a local private dentist. She confirmed I had a gum infection caused by ledges on my crowns, which needed to be addressed to avoid gum disease.
Upon reaching out to Dentares I didn’t feel like I was being heard and they responded with no real solutions. I contacted (Dr Richard’s clinic London) that dealt with complex cases. I made an appointment with a sister clinic nearer to where I live to get the assurance or evidence I needed to understand potential solutions.
The clinical findings were the same as the first private UK dentist I met with. However, following a more detailed cbct scan, it disclosed how significant the ledges were on all my teeth palatally and buccally under the soft tissue and above.
A debonded bridge abutment, a suspected apical at the root of a tooth, gum inflammation and splinted crowns on my lower anteriors with no possibility of interdental cleaning.
The report recognised the treatment I received was of a standard below an acceptable clinical level of quality, causing damage to my tissues and should be replaced with new crowns, bridges or implants.
The communication, since providing Dentares with a full report and 3d imagery, fell short, not to mention non committal. They offered to look at re treating me once I had paid for flights, hotel etc . This was also on the condition of them finding issues once they had performed their own assessment, despite the report and 3D x rays I provided. This would mean spending thousands to go back for them to potentially tell me their work was okay. Their lack of being forthright in recognising that every crown was poorly prepared and placed meant I had no confidence in whether they would attempt to correct the issues they caused, or if they did attempt corrective treatment, they wouldn’t damage my teeth further. Responses from them since sending the report, focussed on what the contract does and does not cover, contained threats of suing, accused the professional opinions of professionals in the UK of being biased. In general, they appeared to be very dismissive over any information shared with them.
I have made attempts to ask them of their professional opinion of the video 3d imagery I sent. Nothing has been received to date and nothing has been returned to evidence the treatment I received was completed to a satisfactory standard (they have yet to share 3d images/ video, following x rays they took after my treatment). I still have many questions I have raised which they have not answered. EDIT: UK dentists/third parties are not biased,as the provider, you are. They have a code of practice and regulations ie trade body and ethics. You were provided with factual evidence but you chose to ignore the findings or respond to my email contradicting things you said in black and white. You have also contradicted yourself several times in your response.

Came to put 6 dental implants and 26 teeth crowns. Got great experience and high service and the most important beautiful smile.
I have communicated with many different clinics in Istanbul and Antalya, examined reviews in different sources, compared prices before made my choice. Finally decided on Dentares Smile Clinic.
From the very beginning and till final stage Russian speaking manager Svetlana was in contact with me online and offline in communication with clinic doctor. No problem with language understanding.
All communication before was in Whatsapp, replies were prompt. I havent had 3D Xrey so treatment plan was made based on my photos. I was warned that possibly there will be corrections on place when I will arrive, I was prepared. Finally price was a bit higher than I was informed because there were more manipulations made.
Treatment process was devided into 2 stages- in my first visit was examination, development of treatment plan and implant installation. Price quote included transfer for whole period of stay, 3 nights in the hotel with breakfast, all examination works, needed treatment and implants. Timing was always observed, I was informed about my schedule ahead and could always plan my time effectively.
For first visit I came for 5 days and covered additionally price for 2 nights at hotel, but I do recommend to come for first visit for 5 working days as 3 days seems lack of time to do all the work. They give to choose 3 hotels, the one I have chosen was very good and comfortable.
All recommendations, needed medicines were received.
Next my visit happened after 3 months when I came to finish treatment and put crowns on implants. I came for 7 full days, hotel in the price quote was for 5 days, so I covered it additionally. As well here I do recommend to plan 7 days instead of 5 and if you have even possibility to plan some days more, do it as you will be able to check if all the crowns fit well and you are comfortable.

It is already 2 months over after the work was done, at this time everything is good and I enjoy my new smile.

Last summer, in desperate need of a smile, I decided to investigate dental tourism. Having heard a few horror stories about Turkey teeth I did a bit of research on the internet and came across the Dentares Smile website. It appeared to be well laid out informative and very professional with a clear pricing structure, so I decided to get in contact with the clinic.

The first person I spoke with was Melody in sales. She had a relaxed easy charm about her and after several WhatsApp messages and video calls I was sold. I was then sent over a draft treatment plan and after confirming my flights my first visit to Antalya was arranged for September.

Upon my arrival in Antalya on the evening of Wednesday 6 Sep I was picked up from the airport by Dentares’ driver and taken to the hotel included in the cost of my treatment. The standard of accommodation was excellent.

The next day I was picked up in the morning and driven to clinic where I was warmly greeted by one of the lovely young receptionists. After a friendly chat with the head honcho Dt. Öyküm Dilek to firm up my treatment plan, I was introduced to the lovely Seçil the practice manager who after another friendly chat took the payment for my first round of treatment and then introduced me to Svetlana, Dentares’ patient relations 😎 representative who informed me that my treatment would begin on Saturday afternoon. It was then back to my hotel to relax and enjoy their pool and the wonderful weather for a couple of days.

Around lunchtime on Saturday, I was driven to the clinic to have the Straumann implants put in. The most painful part of the procedure for me were the injections. I only required one extraction and the whole implantation process was uncomfortable rather than painful. Unfortunately, Dt. Özkan my implantologist determined during the surgery that my bone structure wasn’t strong enough (most likely due to my age) for immediate loading of temporary crowns onto the implants and I would have to wait another 3-6 months for my bone to ossify around the implants before this could take place. Due to a bad gag reflex I was unable to take advantage of the temporary denture that was offered so after sunning myself for a few more days it was back to the UK to eat lots of ice cream and gurn at my friends and family over the festive season.

I arrived in Antalya for my second round of treatment on Sunday 3 March. Although I’d been booked into a different hotel this time and the swimming pool wasn’t yet available the accommodation was still top notch, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly.

On Monday morning it was time to meet Dt. Özkan again to surgically expose the 6 upper jaw implants and the ones put in either side of my remaining lower teeth. Again, the most painful part of the process were the injections. After surgery it was back to the hotel to relax and to have something soft to eat. In the afternoon it was back to the clinic for my first appointment with Dt. Seçil Azizoğlu the aesthetic dentist. After another round of painful injections my remaining lower teeth were ground down to accept the veneers that were to be placed on them. This was where we ran into the only significant issue during my entire time with Dentares. After my lower teeth had been worked on the bleeding from my gums just wouldn’t clot, again probably due to my age, and my blood pressure being higher than normal after a couple of hours in the chair. After waiting an hour or so for the bleeding to stop it was decided that it would be for the best if I went back to my hotel to rest and to continue my treatment on Wednesday.

On Wednesday impressions were taken, and after discussing the choices for colour and shape of my new teeth with Svetlana and Dt. Seçil, they were sent off to the Dentares’ lab to make the zirconia implant crowns and veneers.

On Thursday it was time for my first fitting. After my new teeth were worked on in situ by Dt. Seçil for a couple of hours (the lady is a perfectionist) they were taken out again and shipped back to the lab for minor adjustments and polishing.

On Friday it was time for my second and final fitting. In they went and after another hour or so of checking, grinding, and further checking by the awesome Dt. Azizoğlu it was time to look in the mirror. Wow, just wow. Carey Grant, eat your heart out 😁

On Saturday, after one last visit to the clinic to sign paperwork and say my goodbyes I was driven to the airport by my friendly chauffeur Ziya to fly back to the UK for a new and better life.

So, would I recommend Dentares Smile Clinic?

Was very nervous at first when I arrived but as they told me in my schedule the driver turned up on time introduced himself and then we headed off . On arrival I was welcomed by the receptionist and complex a few forms then Secil introduced herself and explained everything to me and introduced me to My Dentist. Everything was very Professional the clinic has top of the range facilities and extremely clean. All the staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem. I give my full approval and have great respect for their professional approach their understanding and there support. I would 100% recommend this great company and their staff.
