Overpriced and unprofessional

I visited Dentistry for Chickens to address a loose crown and was extremely disappointed with the service. The consultation lasted approximately seven minutes, yet I was charged $100, plus an additional $50 for an X-ray. During the appointment, I was told, "I don’t know what to do," and that the practitioner would need to consult the professional's downstairs. I was also informed that they did not have the appropriate tools to carry out the procedure and to come back 4 days later

Due to the lack of confidence and clarity, I sought a second opinion elsewhere. The second clinic provided a thorough assessment at no charge (except for a new X-ray), and confirmed it was simply a loose crown—an easy fix. They also offered a referral to an implant specialist, if needed. Unfortunately, Dentistry for Chickens failed to send the original X-ray despite four separate requests, resulting in unnecessary duplication and further inconvenience.

Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and costly, with no resolution provided. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
