If you’re concerned about going to Turkey for your teeth don’t be!
My journey to DentSpa was co-ordinated by Ash. He was my first point of contact and the person I turned to for advice, reassurance and basically anything throughout my journey. Such a kind and helpful person. This translated into the rest of my journey (which I have still to complete) where everyone was so kind and helpful.And if I didn’t understand anything I went back to Ash and he translated into layman’s terms for me.
I had to have an awful lot of work done with yet more treatments in the coming months but I am so pleased with my initial results. My teeth look so natural and the pain was managed with great empathy and care. I have to admit I was nervous but again I turned to Ash and he reassured me. As did every specialist I had treatments with.
I’d like to thank everyone who treated me, picked me up and took me back to my hotel, made coffee and fruit plates and generally made sure I was comfortable. Thank you DentSpa

This is my second time at DentSpa…
This is my second time at DentSpa because I had an accident so I needed my veneers replaced.
The whole team were very professional and receptive.
I didn’t have to pay any money as this was part of my 10 years warranty, I was picked up from the airport and chauffeured each time I had an appointment and dropped me off at the airport with a maybach.

I would like to share my honest experience with DentSpa Clinic in Istanbul.
From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional and supportive. The coordination team was always available to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable before I even arrived in Turkey.
When I came to the clinic, everything was very well organized. The doctors were professional, calm and confident, and they explained each step of the treatment clearly. I had a complex procedure including multiple implants and bone grafting, and the medical team handled everything with great care and precision.
The clinic is modern, clean and very well equipped. The entire staff was kind, respectful and attentive throughout my stay. I truly felt that I was in safe hands.

My wife and I underwent dental restoration
My wife and I underwent dental restoration. For me, it was a cleaning, eight fillings, and two crowns; for my wife, it was a cleaning, four fillings, four wisdom tooth extractions, one root canal, one titanium implant, and two crowns.
On the first day, we had a consultation, payment, and an ultrasonic cleaning. We were then told that my treatment would take one day (since it was a simple and minor procedure), while my wife's would take three days (it was more complex and involved more work). In the end, my wife's treatment took the promised three days, and mine took four. I had to come back twice because the dentist chose the wrong crown color (it was significantly lighter than my teeth), and I waited from Saturday to Tuesday for a new crown, which was still slightly lighter than my teeth. Dislikes:
1) The significant discrepancy between the initially quoted treatment duration and the actual one (4 days instead of 1 day) for my simple volume of work (8 fillings + 2 crowns).
2) The incorrect crown color selection and the need for a return visit in 3 days.
3) The feeling of insufficient attention from the dentist to the client (when the dentist interacts with the assistants, jokes, and laughs while performing a procedure). For the dentist, it's just a job, but for the client, it's a very important event for which they save money, plan their vacation, and experience the stress of flights and dental visits. Therefore, they expect the service to prioritize the dentist and the treatment they receive, and only then everything else (communication with the clinic, transfers, hotels, etc.) is considered. This may have led to the incorrect crown color selection and the unnecessary anesthesia in the area not being treated ("Sorry, I don't have time to work on this area anymore, we'll continue next time"). I won't name the dentist and ruin his reputation, but thank you for preserving the root of a tooth with deep decay and limiting it to a filling. My wife's treatment with another dentist went great.
I liked:
1) The staff was polite and responsive (everyone—the case managers, drivers, managers, and dentists).
2) The transfer service met me at the airport, drove me to and from the clinic, and drove me back to the airport.
3) My wife's treatment was successful; time will tell.
If it weren't for my specific case, I would have given it 5☆.

Really,what made me wonder was the level of contact,and engagement I have had with the patient care staff:Ms Nohaila was such an amazing staff of Dental Spa as she stood by the patients side from the begining till the end,asking even after the procedure,how the whole procedure went out,if the procedure was successfull,whether the patient was satisfied well,or not,and even coordinating with the coordinators in getting us the most conducive and relevant appointments with Dentaspa Doktors.I recommend similar service,and care from other staff as well with whom we had a physical contact,yet not as helpful,committed and relentless as hers.Mr.Feisal was also nice with us,sitting with us,and trying to address our concerns though he was extremely bussy with lots of patients,angaging and helping them too Yet,he did his best to make the service smooth and go well. Last,I would say,keep it up,the tea ,and coffee service and other sideline services offered at your clinic makes you unique and special as compared to other clinics I have seen during my ten years of stay in Turkiye.Keep that up.Everybody was professional in knowing at least English,french,or Arabic,and having multi-lingual team or staff is what any new comer or patient would feel would make your clinic to be an international one.
