Often I recommend the clinic to others. My USA dentists all admitted the extensive work was VERY high quality. The specialist dentists truly care about your comfort and the quality of THEIR work. The staff that greets you at the airport and transports you to and from the clinic are safe drivers with nice personalities. The cafe in the clinic is attended by polished pros. The clinic is spotless, thanks to the tireless attention of the maintenance staff. World Class dental experience!

Life-Changing Dental Experience at DentSpa
From a very young age, I’ve had serious dental issues due to genetics—I was born with very little enamel. Cavities and dental work were a constant part of my childhood, and unfortunately many of my early experiences with dentists in the U.S. were negative. They were often rough, rushed, and unkind, which left me with long-lasting anxiety about dental care. Because of that, as an adult I made it my mission to only seek out top-tier dentists and surgeons—but in the U.S., that quality comes at an enormous cost, and dental insurance barely helps.
Last year, I traveled to Thailand for dental work and was genuinely impressed by the quality and care I received. So when I found myself needing a significant amount of work again—and already planning to be in Turkey—I did extensive research. DentSpa consistently stood out in reviews, and after spending an entire week there, I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation.
Initially, I only planned to complete a 4-tooth bridge to finish two implants I had done in the U.S. six months prior. However, after thorough evaluations, the team thoughtfully explained a few additional issues and possible solutions. I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me—they educated me. After hearing them out, I decided to move forward.
One of those decisions was extracting a broken tooth on my right side that had been bothering me for a long time. I was apprehensive—my past U.S. extractions meant weeks of pain and recovery, and I didn’t want my vacation ruined. But I trusted the team. The extraction and infection cleanup were incredibly clean and precise—the best dental procedure I’ve ever experienced. Healing was minimal, and I was back on my feet in under two days.
That same day, they took impressions for my 4-tooth bridge. I also opted for whitening (the only thing I personally wouldn’t repeat, as I had some gum sensitivity), but then came one of the best decisions I’ve ever made: upper bonding veneers. The transformation was immediate—my upper teeth looked absolutely amazing.
When it came time to place the 4-tooth bridge, Dr. Enes Malatyali was exceptional. His patience, attention to detail, and commitment to perfecting my bite were unmatched. He adjusted and re-adjusted until everything felt exactly right—true craftsmanship.
Because I was so impressed with the bonding work, I decided to go all in and have 10 teeth on my lower jaw bonded as well. That decision was nothing short of life-changing. My small, stained teeth were instantly transformed into a bright, balanced, Hollywood-level smile.
Finally, the 3-tooth bridge on the opposite side was completed by Dr. Selin Güven, who was meticulous, calm, and methodical. She checked and rechecked my bite to ensure perfect alignment. Seeing my before-and-after photos was honestly emotional—I’ve hated my teeth my entire life, and now I can’t stop smiling.
And it wasn’t just the doctors. Every single person at DentSpa played a role in this incredible experience—the translators, drivers, concierge staff, and treatment coordinators. They truly listened to me and addressed every concern. That level of care is rare, especially compared to the rushed, transactional feeling I’ve often experienced in the U.S.
Now for the part that still blows my mind: the cost.
In the U.S., my estimate for just the 4-tooth bridge—nothing else—was $6,000.
At DentSpa, for approximately $7,000, I received:
- 4-tooth bridge using Straumann Swiss implants with zirconia crowns
- 1 tooth extraction with infection removal
- Removal of adjacent crowns
- 3-tooth zirconia bridge
- 5 upper bonding veneers
- 10 lower bonding veneers
- Lower whitening
- Deep gum cleaning
- Night mouth guard
- Full professional cleaning
This would have easily been $20,000+ in the U.S.
DentSpa didn’t just fix my teeth—they transformed my confidence and my life. I finally feel whole, and I achieved it without going broke. I still have a few things to complete after healing, and I am 100% certain I’ll be returning to DentSpa when the time comes.
