Charged 303 euros for a call out to diagnose a failed pump - took 15 mins. Then said the cost would be 750 euros plus labour to fix it.

When you checked on AI the price came in at 250 euros. When I mentioned this the engineer shrugged & said AI was incorrect.

I felt the engineer was massively over charging & I would not feel confident using this company.

Hot water boiler sprung a leak overnight. Phoned Depanneo next morning, who agreed to send someone within 40 minutes. Two hours later they called to say I should try another plumber service instead. At least they called back, but what is the point of an emergency service which is not reliable?

Urgent water leak, called this number and got a reference for the following day, waited until 14:00 and no sign of anyone, called only to be told there was no availability!!! What a joke of a service to not even tell me this was the case and wasted 6 hours that I could have spent trying to find someone!!!

This service is a big SCAM. They came to unclog the drain. During that they broke a boiler part what started to splash water right after they left. It's been over a week and I can't get anyone to answer email. When I called they just promised they will get someone but I never heard back again. I paid them and then paid 2x that amount to get fixed the part they broke by another company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I fell i was scam!
Over pricing! I paid 1,130 euros

I called this agency and asked first how much will cost for opening my door if left my keys inside door knobs. They gave me price around 200 to 300 euros. I was confident with the price they give me and give them the work. The locksmith arrive at 12:00pm sothat this way i will paid double.
The locksmith tried a trick but i don't see any effort. He had to do his last option to destroy the lock system and replace a new one. After doing the job i was shock with the price he give me. I need to pay 1,133 euros for the replacement and his service. He didn't even give me warning that i will paying this much. Of course i complain but he encouraged me by telling me that my insurance will return this bill by filling a lost keys. But sadly I'ved got only 150 euros.

During our Airbnb stay, we had a plumbing issue, and Depanneo saved the day. The customer service was friendly and spoke English, and the plumber arrived quickly and fixed everything perfectly. Highly recommend!
